The competition is sponsored by the Education Bureau of Hunan Xiangjiang New District, organized by Meixi Qingxiu Kindergarten of Yuelu Early Childhood Education Group, and co-organized by Changsha Yuelu District Preschool Education Association, aiming to improve the quality of education, consolidate the talent base, and further promote the high-quality development of preschool education in Xiangjiang New District.
Wu Qiuyang, member of the Party Group of the Education Bureau of Xiangjiang New District, introduced in his speech that in recent years, Xiangjiang New Area has adhered to the principle of universal benefit, quality and balance, and comprehensively promoted the "two pilots" under the accumulation of the golden signboard of "good reading under Yuelu Mountain".
After the opening ceremony, the competition officially began. The 21 contestants who have passed the selection of districts and counties will complete the competition of four contents, including management case analysis, professional theory examination, comprehensive quality examination, and educational activity evaluation, within two days.
This activity fully demonstrated the comprehensive quality and positive spirit of the participating principals, and built a platform for preschool educators to communicate and share and promote learning. All participating principals will take this competition as an opportunity to strengthen team building, promote the reform and development of preschool education in Xiangjiang New District, realize the long-term, balanced and high-quality development of preschool education in Xiangjiang New District, and continuously meet the people's educational expectations of "early childhood education and excellent education for young children".
