On October 30, Liu Bo, president of the China Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association, and his party successively went to the dayi town center of Dayi City, Dayi Middle School, and Changchong School of Xiatang Town to carry out designated poverty alleviation activities, sending clothes, school bags, learning utensils, books, toys and other items and bursaries to remote rural students.

Subsequently, a material distribution ceremony was held in the great hall of the Dayi Town Government. On behalf of the Municipal Education Bureau, Zhu Wenjin expressed his high respect and heartfelt thanks to the Chinese Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion Association) and his entourage from Beijing to Leiyang to carry out assistance activities; he also called on all teachers to devote themselves to teaching and educating people, striving to be "four haves" teachers, and caring for the physical and mental health of students; all students should study hard, always have a grateful heart, and inherit the virtue of helping others. In the afternoon, when they learned that the school would have uncles and aunts from Beijing to visit everyone, the students of Changchong School were excited and cleaned the school exceptionally clean, and the whole campus was filled with a festive joyful atmosphere. At the entrance of the school, the representatives of the Young Pioneers lined up neatly and extended a warm welcome to the Young Pioneers of the Promotion Association.

In the campus of Changchong School, the members of the Promotion Association inquired about the development and changes of the school, learned about the city's education poverty alleviation situation, and expressed their appreciation for the results achieved by the Student Financial Aid Management Center of the Municipal Education Bureau in actively guiding all sectors of society to donate funds for schools. Subsequently, Liu Bo and his party interacted with the students face-to-face in the school's multimedia classroom, and encouraged the students to cherish their learning time and aspire to become people who have contributed to society from an early age. At the same time, Liu Bo said that after returning to Beijing, more social groups, caring enterprises and people will come to Leiyang to carry out support activities and jointly pay attention to and care for left-behind children in rural areas.

It is reported that the Chinese Children's Culture and Art Promotion Association donated more than 700 pieces of clothes, 101 school bags, more than 400 sets of learning utensils, 800 books, and 1 classical Chinese language listening machine for students with family economic difficulties in Dayi Town Center, Dayi Town Middle School, and Xiatang Town Changchong School; a total of 20,200 yuan of bursaries were distributed to 101 students.
