In 2006, the first batch of students in the open enrollment of deyun society, by this time Guo Degang had become famous. In deyun society, there is a rule, skilled and performed more than 30 cross-talk, only qualified to lead the performance, generally it takes two or three years; only if you are skilled in more than 50 cross-talk, you have the opportunity to take the stage; generally students rarely have the opportunity to take the stage, even if there is no stage (that is, performance fee). This is not a new rule created by Guo Degang, but follows the old tradition of the cross-talk class: three years of apprenticeship and two years of service, artificially lengthening and denying the road of accelerated learning, which is also a kind of tempering and choice. Opportunities are reserved only for those who persevere to the end; those who persist to the end often have extraordinary perseverance and qualities. In Guo Degang's view, quality is more important than talent.

According to the traditional rules, after holding the ceremony of knowing, it is considered a strict sense of worship; but the trainees who pass the inspection can obtain the stage name given by Guo Degang, and they can be called Guo Degang Master. New students who have just arrived will not be able to give words, but can only call Guo Degang "Teacher Guo". Since Guo Degang became famous in 2005, there have been many affairs, so whether it is a student or an apprentice, it is not easy to see the "Teacher Guo" side. According to the rules of the cross-talk industry, the three festivals and two birthdays are to meet the master and the master, so Guo Degang's birthday party is an opportunity to meet "Teacher Guo", but the number of places is limited, not all apprentices and students can rush to anyone can go. As for the seats of the disciples, they are arranged according to the order in which they are given. Since the Deyun Society attaches great importance to tradition, these rules are clearly hung in the background, and whoever violates the rules will be punished. Kong Yunlong once led a team to perform in other places, and when he ate, the master and disciple of the 19-character section sat down first without waiting for the brother to enter the seat, and there was a lack of etiquette when speaking; Kong Yunlong said: "After returning to Beijing, I got him a youth team and left, and I didn't understand the rules at all." In 2006, Guo Degang rented a compound covering an area of four or five acres in Daxing, built his own house, and most of the apprentices who started early lived here with him, including Kong Yunlong, Yue Yunpeng, Burnt Cake, Du Helai, Ma Heqi, etc., who managed to eat and live. Guo Degang seemed to like the lively feeling of having apprentices at home, but he was also a quiet person; so the apprentices played in the basement billiard hall, and Guo Degang read in the study on the second floor. Of course, Guo Degang also had troublesome times; one day after getting up, everyone found that the white ball was missing. Zhao Yunxia said, "Master hid it, everyone knows it, and they didn't dare to ask, so you should pay attention to it, and it will be a while." Although Guo Degang later relocated several times, and most of the apprentices also found their own shelter, several of them have been living at home, eating at least seven or eight mouths a day. At this time, Wang Hui was always taking care of everyone, and the apprentices naturally had to help, cleaning up, burning fires and feeding the dogs; until Wang Hui was pregnant with Guo Fenyang, the family only hired a nanny. Zhao Yunxia lived in master's house for 6 years, until he got married, he moved away; when the master cooked every day, he laid down his hands, there was a small box in the kitchen, the master put the money in it, bought vegetables and used it, never had to report the account. Among these apprentices, the ones who help the master to work in the kitchen are generally Zhao Yunxia and Li Hebiao, Zhao Yunxia and noodles, and Li Hebiao stir-frying, and these three people soak in the kitchen almost all day. Zhao Yunxia said: "When it comes to the New Year, it will be fatal, we will stand for more than ten hours a day at a station." At ten o'clock in the morning, we would get up and fry and cut it, and we could not finish the bell until the end of the night, and after the people were gone, we brushed the dishes, which was the end of the matter. ”

Guo Degang's life is to perform, teach apprentices, read books, and most of the others are taken care of by Wang Hui, the teacher's wife; Wang Hui likes to be with his apprentices, sometimes he will take a group of people out to sing, and sometimes he will take a video camera to shoot sketches and play, which Guo Degang never participates in. Which of the group of apprentices is Wang Hui's favorite? Kong Yunlong! Kong Yunlong said, "Master Niang treats me like a son and loves to chat with me.
