A catastrophic event destroyed civilization, and thousands of years later, humans have adapted and evolved new ways of living. Today, huge mobile cities roam the globe, mercilessly devouring small tractor towns. Tom Natsworthy (Robert Thean), from the lower levels of the large-drawn city of London, has to start fighting for survival after encountering dangerous fugitive Hett Shaw (Hela Hilmo). Two diametrically opposed people who should not have met, but accidentally formed an alliance, they are destined to change the future.
