The Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, the Ecological Environment Bureau, the Water Affairs Bureau, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the Finance Bureau, the Yellow River Affairs Bureau and other relevant departments reported on the implementation of ecological protection and the construction of green ecological corridors in the Yellow River Basin, the difficulties and problems faced, and the proposed countermeasures. The participants had in-depth exchanges on the top-level design of planning, striving for policy support, establishing an ecological protection compensation mechanism, and creating a green ecological corridor with regional characteristics, which provided more detailed materials for doing a solid job in democratic supervision.
In order to understand the specific development of ecological protection and high-quality development projects along the Yellow River Basin, the research team went to the field to conduct relevant research on the relocation and industrial development of the Yellow River beach area, comprehensive improvement of the ecological environment, wetland purification projects, and ecological isolation belt construction.
