Dongguan is China's "world factory".

Zhenxiong is the county with the largest number of poor people in China.

The driving navigation map shows that the journey from Zhenxiong to Dongguan is 1229 kilometers.

From the mountains in the west to the coast in the east, from poor areas to economically developed areas. In recent years, like Daniel Zhang, a group of employment poverty alleviation cadres stationed in distant places have helped many people who have never stepped out of the mountains and found jobs thousands of miles away.

As the director of The Labor Export Workstation stationed by Zhenxiong in Qingxi Town, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, Daniel Zhang has visited hundreds of domestic workers in Dongguan since April last year.

Entering the park and entering the factory, in addition to on-site inspection and analysis of the employment situation, the 37-year-old often asks questions for the migrant workers: Can the canteen add a spicy dish or pepper sauce? Is there a husband and wife room in the factory? Can children read on the spot? Five insurances and one gold to buy or not to buy? ......

Daniel Zhang expand labor cooperation with local social security departments, industrial parks and enterprises, collect and sort out employment information, and timely transmit the information back to the hometown, and then provide it to the villagers by the villages, and organize a large number of laborers to go out to work in an orderly manner by the counties and townships.

In more than a year, the Daniel Zhang collected tens of thousands of dynamic reserve jobs, coordinated and resolved more than 20 labor disputes of migrant workers, and recovered more than 500,000 yuan in wages; assisted the masses to solve 4 work injuries, obtained compensation of more than 1.2 million yuan, and helped more than 2,000 hometown people to find employment in Qingxi.

On February 10 this year, the first day of the factory's resumption of work, he went to Guangdong overnight despite his family's opposition. Through the opening of a green channel in coordination with Dongguan, on February 16, the first batch of 358 poor people from Zhenxiong returned to Dongguan for employment.

Because of his excellent work, Zhenxiong was transferred back to the Daniel Zhang at the end of March and promoted him to deputy secretary of the party committee and political and legal committee member of Yuhe Town. However, the migrant workers in Qingxi, together with local workers, all said that they could not leave him" and asked to keep him.

On April 17, Daniel Zhang took the high-speed train to Dongguan again with the expectations of the masses.

"One person is employed, and the whole family is lifted out of poverty." Daniel Zhang said that the transfer of employment is one of the most effective measures for Zhenxiong to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation.

Like Daniel Zhang, Zhenxiong has sent more than 20 employment poverty alleviation cadres outside Yunnan Province to promote the transfer of employment to achieve "door to door to factory door".

Located in the contiguous area of Wumeng Mountain, Zhenxiong has less than 1 mu of arable land per capita, and some townships are only 0.2 mu. Of the 1.71 million people, 560,000 were poor, and by the end of last year, there were more than 120,000 people left in poverty.

In mid-November, Zhenxiong officially bid farewell to absolute poverty. As a large labor county, the county's migrant income accounts for 82.57% of the total income of poor households. Statistics show that in 2019, the county completed the transfer of employment of 614,900 people and achieved a migrant income of 18.832 billion yuan.

In addition to the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta region is also the focus of Zhenxiong's labor export. In the first half of this year, Zhenxiong sent people to the Yangtze River Delta region many times to dock the resumption time of enterprises, job information, epidemic prevention and control requirements and preferential policies.

Zou Xingyu, director of the Zhenxiong County Employment Bureau, said that the government-led labor docking, post development, job promotion, on-site recruitment, and organization of export work in five aspects, "the key is to achieve accurate matching of employment supply and demand."

In order to achieve "point-to-point" employment, on the demand side, we will focus on labor-intensive enterprises with high wages, good working environment, and excellent accommodation conditions, and strengthen post development reserves; on the supply side, establish a special responsibility system to find out the employment situation of poor households one by one.

According to statistics, the county has equipped 578 employment poverty alleviation information personnel in 30 townships (streets) and 263 villages (communities), who are specially responsible for the dynamic collection and updating of employment poverty alleviation information.

"Peer-to-peer" work is a win-win situation. Wang Wanhui, director of the Zhenxiong County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said that tens of thousands of migrant workers in the county are employed in Yongkang, Zhejiang. During the epidemic this year, the Yongkang Human Resources and Social Security Department made a special trip to Zhenxiong to thank Zhenxiong for helping Yongkang enterprises resume work and production.

In addition, a series of job fairs have been held to allow poor people to find jobs at their doorstep. During this year's East-West Poverty Alleviation Cooperation Tour Job Fair, Zhenxiong invited 153 human resources and social security departments and employing enterprises from Guangdong, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shanghai, Chongqing and other places to provide 50,000 jobs.

Wang Chang'e of Hongyan Village in Pingshang Town had been working odd jobs in the county to make ends meet, and through a job fair, she found an assembly job at a home furnishing company in Zhejiang with a monthly salary of about 4,000 yuan.

While a large number of people go out to work, more and more people return to their hometowns with technology and funds to start a business. At present, there are nearly 100 poverty alleviation workshops in Zhenxiong. Among them, Li Jun, who worked in Zhejiang in the early years, returned to his hometown to create 4 garment processing poverty alleviation workshops, driving 537 people to work at the doorstep of their homes, with an average monthly salary of more than 3,000 yuan.

Wang Wanhui said that at least one person from a poor family with the ability to work in the county is employed to ensure a stable increase in income, and it is expected that the annual per capita income will exceed 10,000 yuan this year.
