At 20:15 on October 11, CCTV Movie Channel will rerun Yangquan City's red-themed film "Iron Blood Yangquan", which is the fifth time that the film has been broadcast on CCTV6 since its national theater release on December 19, 2019.
The film is jointly produced by the CPC Yangquan Municipal Party Committee, Yangquan Municipal People's Government, Shanxi Jingchen Future Film and Television Media Co., Ltd., co-produced by Shanxi Jingchen Future Film and Television Media Co., Ltd., Yangquan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, directed by Kang Jianmin, written by Hou Chenwang and Kang Jianmin, starring Liu Zhibing, Yingzhuang, Li Yanqiu, Yan Qingyu, Dai Wenwen, Tao Haojing, Yuan Yulong, Gao Xinsheng, Luan Kexin, Yan Bosen, Ni Tu, Yu Youchuan, Shi Xiaofei, Wang Jianguo, Wang Jin, Tong Fan special starring, Bai Jiancai is the chief producer of the red theme theme film, and the famous science fiction writer Liu Cixin serves as a special consultant for the film.
The film takes the liberation and establishment of Yangquan as the main line, focusing on a series of thrilling stories that occurred in Yangquan from may 1947 to the founding of New China in October 1949, such as the relief of famine, the elimination of bandits and hegemony, the restoration of industry, and the development of production, and the glorious course and glory years of Yangquan's liberation and construction of the city with artistic techniques.
The film was rated as an excellent domestic film at the Beijing International Film Festival and the 27th University Student Film Festival, won the Special Contribution Award of the "Five Ones Project" of the 12th Spiritual Civilization Construction of Shanxi Province, and was listed by the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee as a film on the theme of party history study and education.
