Europe: Vitality advances to the Legends Division, with FaZe securing the final 1 Major spot in the European play-offs
April's most important event, the RMR for the 2023 Paris Major Zone III, came to an end last night. After ten days of fierce fighting, all 24 teams entered the Paris Major.

European B Legends Group Battle:
Legends play-off Vitality swept Monte 2-0 to get the last 1 Legends spot! Nuke and Monte scored nine straight points in the second half to take a 14-10 lead. In the following rounds, the performance of the demon man and apEX was extremely critical, and Little Bee completed the turnaround in 6 consecutive games. European Zone Play-offs:
The European play-off round C9 eliminated BIG 2-0, and the German tank missed the Paris Major. Figure 1 Anubis. Master Huo, Nafany, Ax1Le, and Sh1ro took turns, while BIG's k1to only had 12 kills. The European play-offs final FaZe beat Cloud9 2-0 to become the last team to reach the Paris Major! Figure 1: Mirage led C9 11-4 in the first half, and after changing sides, he won the match point 15-9 early. After this battle, Rain also set his own record: since the formation of the CSGO team of the FaZe club in 2016, Rain has qualified for all 12 Majors on behalf of FaZe! I've been playing Major with the same team since its inception, and this achievement is really remarkable.
With Cloud9 out, only 3 CIS regional teams, NaVi, Monte and FORZE, advanced to the Paris Major. It became the lowest number of CIS teams participating in a Major since Cologne 2016 (also 3).

After ten days of fierce fighting, all 24 teams participating in the Paris Major were produced. According to the ranking of each division and the number of places in each division, the 24 teams are divided into the following categories:
Legendary teams: NaVi, 9INE, FURIA, fnatic, Heroic, ITB, Vitality, BNE
Challenge teams: Monte, paiN, G2, GL, FORZE, Apeks, NIP, OG
Competing teams: ENCE, MOUZ, Liquid, Grayhound, coL, TheMongolz, Fluxo, FaZe
Paris Major Challenge first round match
On May 8, 2023, Paris Major is about to go to war! There are still three stages: Challenge, Legend and Championship. The Challenge competes for 16 teams in the Challenge and Competition groups, and 8 winner teams advance to the Legends Tournament to compete with 8 teams in the Legends Division. The 8 winners advance to the championship tournament to determine the final champion.
