Multiple infection chains with chess and card rooms and nucleic acid detection points as the core scenarios have made the new crown pneumonia epidemic spread rapidly in Yangzhou, and even multiple generations of infected people have emerged.
On July 28, Mao Mouning, who came to Yangzhou from Jiangning District of Nanjing, was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new crown pneumonia, becoming the first confirmed case of the epidemic in Yangzhou.
Mao Mouning took a bus to yangzhou sister's house on July 21, and went to the Chess and Card Room of Qiu Nanyuan for four consecutive days on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th to play cards.
Chess and card rooms, such a densely populated, poor air circulation, and a large elderly population in a closed environment have become an excellent place for the spread of the virus. Of the 510 patients confirmed as of 24:00 on August 12, 66 were close contacts of Mao Mouning.

How old are the current round of confirmed cases in Yangzhou, what is the intersection in the trajectory, and how long is the interval between the first positive and the diagnosis?
As of August 12, the oldest of the confirmed patients is 90 years old, the youngest is 1 year old, and the age of the patients is mainly concentrated in 61 to 70 years old, which is highly correlated with the transmission chain of the chess and card room. Male patients accounted for 41.37%, and female patients accounted for 58.63%.
From the analysis of the frequency of behavior of confirmed cases, it can be seen that the frequency of procurement, playing cards and going to work accounts for the top three. According to the incomplete display of circulation information, the majority of the patients who directly confirmed the diagnosis after the first positive nucleic acid test was announced.
Among the confirmed patients, the largest number of patients live in the United District of Wantou Town, Guangling District, followed by Chunzhu Garden in Hanjiang District.
Third, two key communication chains, two key communicators
On August 3, Yangzhou police reported that Mao Mouning, 64, the first confirmed case in Yangzhou, had spread the epidemic in Yangzhou city due to leaving his nanjing residence without permission, and when the police investigated, she also refused to say the itinerary after Yang.
And Mao Mouning is the No. 1 case confirmed in Yangzhou. The chess and card room propagation chain is thus fermented.
In the yangzhou epidemic, there is also a phenomenon that needs to be alerted, that is, multiple infections centered on nucleic acid testing points. This also reminds us that the standardized organization of nucleic acid testing points cannot be sloppy, and we must not let the epidemic prevention means become another opportunity for the spread of the epidemic.
Due to the irregular setting and chaotic organization of the nucleic acid testing point in Lianhe Village, Wantou Town, Guangling District, many people were infected after close contact with confirmed case No. 38 at the testing point.
According to public information, as of August 12, the 38th confirmed case had led to a total of 45 close-knit confirmed cases, and a total of 37 people were infected after visiting the nucleic acid testing site on the evening of July 29 to sample or work. Of the 37 confirmed cases, 3 were testing site staff and the remaining 34 were residents who participated in the sampling.
The close connection between the 38th confirmed case and the 160th confirmed case was associated with 11 more infected people.
Fourth, the prevention and control of the epidemic in some key places cannot be ignored
First, the trajectory of farmers market cases overlaps densely.
Farmers' market personnel are complex and dense, and the risk of infection is significantly increased. According to public circulation information, the trajectory of the confirmed cases involved a total of 37 local farmers' markets. Among them, 61 patients have visited the Four Seasons Garden Farmers Market, and many of the 61 people have also been to the same location, such as 7 patients who have visited the Four Seasons Garden Vegetable Market next to the Moxibustion Hall.
In addition to the Four Seasons Garden Farmers' Market, 7 markets, including the Shita Farmers' Market, the Canal Garden Farmers' Market, the Majestic Farmers' Market, and the Xincheng Garden Market, have also appeared in the circulation information many times.
Second, eat less together, do protection, and don't relax in epidemic prevention in supermarkets and restaurants.
Of the 510 confirmed cases, the trajectory of publicly available circulation information showed that a total of 58 people had dined out, involving 68 restaurants. Among them, 10 people became close contacts and were infected by the dinner, involving two restaurants (Lingtang Tu Restaurant on Hanjiang Middle Road and Yiyuan Hotel on Siwangting Road).
There were 234 people involved in out-of-town procurement, more than 143 people went out to reach supermarkets, of which more than 5 confirmed cases visited the supermarkets such as RT-Mart (Hanjiang Store, Guangling Store, Weiyang Store), Wanda Plaza, Liqun Times Supermarket, Yangcheng Hengmei Supermarket, Wal-Mart and Jimaijia Life Supermarket (Hechang Store).
Third, confirmed cases form new transmission in the office.
In the circulation information, a total of 12 office locations have multiple confirmed cases, the most serious of which is the Bank of Communications Credit Card Customer Service Center, which has a total of 9 confirmed cases and a cluster of 1 to 8 outbreaks. In addition, Yangzhou Wufengchun Food Co., Ltd. also has 7 confirmed cases, and only 2-3 confirmed cases have appeared in the rest of the office.
