A few days ago, the Standing Committee of the Meixian District Cpc Committee held a meeting to deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's recent important speech and the relevant spirit of the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, study the relevant matters of the Second Congress of the Meixian District of Meizhou City, and deploy the relevant work of Meixian District. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to adhere to the in-depth study and implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech, and effectively unify thoughts and actions with the relevant deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee, the provincial party committee and the municipal party committee and the work arrangement of the district committee. First, it is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of biosecurity risks. Keep a close eye on key risk areas of biosecurity, strengthen cross-border and cross-regional quarantine, increase the production supervision of modern pharmaceutical enterprises, continue to enhance emergency response capabilities, and continuously improve the level of biosecurity management. Second, we must vigorously develop the traditional Chinese medicine industry. Around Meizhou, a national comprehensive reform pilot zone for traditional Chinese medicine will be created, and the development of industries such as southern medicine planting and traditional Chinese medicine research and development will be encouraged, and the high-quality development of the modern traditional Chinese medicine health industry will be promoted. Third, it is necessary to thoroughly grasp the united front work. In connection with the study and education of party history, we should vigorously carry forward the spirit of the Xinhai Revolution and the spirit of patriotism, give play to the advantages of overseas Chinese in Meixian County, and do a good job in the articles of "overseas Chinese" in the new era. Fourth, it is necessary to support the people's congress in performing its duties according to law. Adhere to the party's overall leadership over the work of the people's congresses, support the people's congresses and their standing committees in exercising their functions and powers and carrying out their work according to law, and truly unify the party's overall situation and coordination of all parties with supporting the people's congresses in performing their duties and carrying out their work according to law. Fifth, we must persist in doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control. The meeting stressed that all levels of the region should firmly seize the major policy opportunity of the central and provincial governments to accelerate the revitalization and development of the Soviet Union, and first, they must study the policy well. Study documents, research documents, and make good use of documents with heart and soul, actively and proactively dock with the relevant implementation opinions of the central, provincial, and municipal governments, and strive to maximize the utilization of policy resources. Second, we must plan the project well. Take the initiative to dock with the "1+N+X" policy system of the state to support the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary areas, and incorporate more projects into the national and provincial "cages". Accelerate the layout and promote a number of major projects, comprehensively increase investment in major infrastructure projects, and make every effort to make up for shortcomings and promote upgrading. Third, we must promote the work well. Make full use of the policy "Dongfeng", accelerate the solution of bottlenecks such as capital, land, and environmental capacity faced by the construction of key projects, and accurately exert efforts in project construction to help Meixian accumulate new advantages for development.
The meeting stressed that the convening of the second congress of the CPC Meixian District in Meizhou City has entered the countdown stage, and the time is tight, the task is heavy, and the requirements are high. All levels of the region should always adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, firmly establish the idea of a game of chess, consolidate responsibilities, clarify the division of labor, do a good job in all work carefully and meticulously, strictly enforce discipline, strengthen guarantees, ensure the safe, orderly and smooth convening of the conference, and promote the comprehensive revitalization and development of the old District of Meixian County.
