On April Fool's Day in 2011, the core members of the Big Top Theater Company ran to the Basil Theater and wanted to rent a 1-hour theater in the afternoon to perform a work, even if it was officially opened. At that time, the members of the drama club were still students, everyone was shy, and the two sides of the drama club and the theater bargained wildly around the rent, and you came and went, and the stalemate could not be stopped.

In the end, the drama company finally won the right to use the Basil Theater for 1 hour at an "unimaginable low price" and successfully launched the first work of the Big Top Drama Company.
With the passage of time, today's Nading Drama Society has been on the road of mime for ten years, produced and created more than 20 mime works, and has been invited to participate in well-known theater festivals at home and abroad such as the Edinburgh International Arts Festival, tianjin Caoyu Theatre Festival, Wuzhen International Theatre Festival, Nanluoguxiang Theatre Festival and so on.

They focus on the performance of mime and clown drama, combining the burlesque and exaggeration unique to clowns with the elegant and flexible body expression of mimes, presenting multi-layered connotations. At the same time, the drama club also takes the small theater and the Live house as the main stage, always pays attention to the audience's sense of participation in the drama, and is good at improvising interaction according to the audience's response, and thus generating a vivid viewing experience. Today's Nading Drama Club is already a backbone force that cannot be ignored in the field of Chinese mime performance.

As a new hardcore comedy launched on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of The Big Top, it inherits Wang Zi's consistent performance style and conducts more in-depth exploration and attempts in the interaction with the audience.
