In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Appointment and Removal of Personnel of the Standing Committee of the Yushu Municipal People's Congress, the meeting voted on the matters of personnel appointment by secret ballot. The meeting decided to appoint Comrade Wang Haiyan as vice mayor of Yushu Municipal People's Government; Comrade Sun Yuefu is the vice mayor of Yushu Municipal People's Government; Comrade Fan Guofeng is the deputy director of the Yushu Municipal Supervision Commission; Sun Zhongxing, chairman of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, issued a certificate of appointment to the newly appointed comrades.
In accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of the Constitutional Oath System in Yushu City, the newly appointed comrades of the Forty-seventh Session of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth Municipal People's Congress and the Forty-eighth Session of the Standing Committee of the Eighteenth Municipal People's Congress took the Constitutional Oath.
