Kaikai Industrial announced that it agreed to reduce the capital of Shanghai Qiangshang Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Qiangshang Industry"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, by RMB 15 million.

Kaikai Industry's 2021 interim report shows that the company's main revenue was 336 million yuan, down 14.75% year-on-year; net profit attributable to the mother was 5.9446 million yuan, up 51.57% year-on-year; deducting non-net profit was 4.2784 million yuan, up 341.28% year-on-year; among them, in the second quarter of 2021, the company's single-quarter main revenue was 145 million yuan, down 21.51% year-on-year; single-quarter net profit attributable to the mother was 4.5557 million yuan, up 181.41% year-on-year. Non-net profit in a single quarter was -306,400 yuan, up 76.29% year-on-year; the debt ratio was 49.84%, investment income was -39,500 yuan, financial expenses were 1,967,600 yuan, and the gross profit margin was 27.81%.
