Wu Jing, 41 years old this year, is currently the deputy director of Wansheng Preschool Education Group and the executive director of Wansheng Kindergarten.

In August 2018, a few days before Wansheng Kindergarten's first lottery enrollment, Wu Jing unfortunately fractured her femur neck. Lying on the bed after the operation, the phone rang one after another, Wu Jingqiang picked up the spirit and patiently communicated with colleagues about the specific process and details of the lottery. In November of that year, Wu Jing insisted on returning to her post on crutches despite the doctor's persuasion.
For 23 years, Wu Jing has always adhered to the educational concept: without love, there is no education. Good children must love, and naughty children must also love. Move his heart with love, guide him strictly; love without indulgence, strict but not fierce; love in the subtle, strict in the strict.
"If the kindergarten is a big garden, then the kindergarten teacher is a green leaf and a ray of sunshine in the garden, and every 'little flower' should be nourished with love." In the 23 years of living with children day and night, in the 23 years of continuous learning, Wu Jing's professional quality has been rapidly improved, and she has also become a "smart" kindergarten director in the mouths of teachers and parents.
Wu Jing pays special attention to the cultivation of children's good behavior habits and lively and cheerful personality. She combined learning and practice to conclude that "ideological education is the foundation of school education, and life is the best textbook." In daily life, she is very good at capturing small details and randomly educating children on their thoughts and morals.
In addition, in recent years, Wu Jing has presided over and researched nearly ten municipal and district-level projects and more than ten award-winning papers; and guided young teachers to participate in various competitions at the municipal and district levels, and won good results many times.

In addition to being a good teacher in the mouths of children and parents, Wu Jing is also a good teacher in the mouths of young teachers.
In order to promote the development of Wansheng preschool education, Wu Jing took the initiative to practice transmission, help and belt, created a multi-level and multi-mode teacher training path, and promoted the growth of young teachers through the integration of research and learning. Over the years, Wu Jing has been undertaking the pre-job training, transfer teacher training, kindergarten director training and other work tasks in our district, bringing out a large number of outstanding kindergarten teachers.

Nowadays, as the deputy director of Wansheng Preschool Education Group, Wu Jing often runs in Fuyao Kindergarten, Xinhua Kindergarten, Qingshan Kindergarten, Jinqiao Kindergarten, jungle kindergarten, training and guiding preschool teachers to standardize the operation of kindergartens, taking the education that the people are satisfied with as their responsibility, and striving to make every seedling thrive.
