Guo Qiang, a newly appointed member of the Standing Committee of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee, has been appointed secretary general of the provincial party committee.

Guo Qiang, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1969, 51 years old, from Bozhou, Anhui Province, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1992, master's degree candidate.

Guo Qiang has experience in finance, taxation and publicity work.
In September 1988, at the age of 19, Guo Qiang went to Anhui Institute of Finance and Trade to study finance, majoring in finance, and after 4 years, he became a clerk in the grass-roots work department of the Anhui Provincial Taxation Bureau, and two years later he was appointed as a deputy director of the Personnel Education Department and the Planning and Finance Department.
In September 1997, the 28-year-old Guo Qiang went to Chinese University Law School to study for a master's degree in law, and after graduation, he went to work in the Anhui Provincial Local Taxation Bureau, successively serving as the chief clerk of the office, the deputy director of the office, and the director of the publicity center.
In December 2007, Guo Qiang went to the Policy Research Office of the Provincial Party Committee and successively served as the director and deputy director of the second research department, in February 2011, he was appointed deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and five years later, he was transferred to the Party Secretary and President of Anhui Daily Newspaper Group.
In March 2019, after nearly three years of working at Anhui Daily, Guo Qiang took office as deputy secretary of the new Hefei Municipal Party Committee, and one year later became a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
Caixin zhichen, from the full-time deputy secretary of the provincial capital city directly promoted to the provincial party committee standing committee, Guo Qiang is the only case in today's political arena.
Under the background of "regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta", Hefei, Anhui Province, has attracted much attention.
Hefei is located in the west wing of the Yangtze River Delta, belongs to the "Yangtze River Delta" urban agglomeration, is the hinterland of the coast and the frontier of the interior.

Born in June 1963 in Hubei, Sun Dahai in September 1979, at the age of 16, Sun Dahai went to the Department of Chemistry of Sun Yat-sen University to study chemistry, and both studied at Sun Yat-sen University.
In January 1994, he went to Indiana University to do postdoctoral research in the Department of Chemistry. In 1997, Sun Dahai returned to China, and then worked in Xiamen, Fujian, And Binhai New Area, Tianjin. Before coming to Hainan in July 2018, Sun Dahai was the executive vice president of the Party School of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and the director of the school affairs committee.
Liu Qiang in Shandong is a senior official in the "post-70s" financial department.
Born in March 1971, Liu Qiang, a native of Ningxia and a longtime member of the banking system, was the vice president of the Bank of China before parachuting into Shandong in September 2018.
Before Liu Qiang, secretary general of the Shandong provincial party committee was Sun Licheng, who in March this year took office as secretary of the new Jinan municipal party committee.

Hu Jiafu has worked in the Ministry of Public Security for a long time, and before he parachuted into Jilin in August 2015, he was the director of the General Office of the Ministry of Public Security and the deputy director of the Office of the Leading Group for Comprehensively Deepening Reform of the Ministry of Public Security.
Zhang Fuhai of Guangdong served as director of the International Liaison Bureau of the Central Propaganda Department and director of the China Foreign Language Bureau. In May 2018, it "airborne" liaoning.
In May this year, Zhang Fuhai went to Guangdong to serve as a member of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee and head of the Propaganda Department, and only two months later, he was again appointed secretary general of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee. Born in February 1968, Shi Moujun is a Miao cadre in Hunan, with a master's degree in agricultural extension, and has worked in Hunan for a long time in his early years, serving as deputy secretary-general and director of the general office of the Hunan Provincial Government.
In February 2017, Shi Moujun exchanged cross-provincial exchanges for the first time, went to Tibet to work, became the youngest vice chairman of the Tibet Autonomous Region Government at that time, and after working in Tibet for 3 years, Shi Moujun moved to Gansu and was promoted to provincial standing committee.
At present, the post of secretary general of the Tianjin, Liaoning and Hubei provincial party committees is vacant.
In January this year, Liu Huanxin, then a member of the Standing Committee and Secretary-General of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee, entered Beijing and became vice minister of agriculture and rural affairs; in March, Li Yi, then a member of the Standing Committee of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee and secretary general of the Tianjin Municipal Party Committee, entered Beijing and became the vice president of the Central Party School (National School of Administration).
Liang Weinian, who previously served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and secretary general of the Provincial Party Committee, was Liang Weinian. In February, 61-year-old Liang Weinian transferred to the Hubei Provincial People's Congress.
