In the residential area of Shangcheng City, Xu Jun, secretary of the party leading group and vice chairman of the district federation of trade unions, and Zhang Wei, director of the district federation of trade unions, inspected the construction of the joint trade union workers' home in the shangcheng community on the spot, and Secretary Ke Qi gave a detailed introduction to the work of leading the troika in the residential area of the upper city, co-working office, and demonstration sites for rule of law communities across the country.
Subsequently, a research and discussion was held in the office conference room of the residential area of the upper city. Wu Bili, full-time vice chairman of the Street Federation of Trade Unions, gave a detailed introduction to the reform of trade unions in non-public enterprises in the streets, and Zhang Haiyan, general secretary of the party branch of the residential area of the city and chairman of the joint trade union of the community, introduced the practice of improving the democratic consultation work mechanism in the community and opening up the last kilometer of contact with employees.
Zhang Wei, director of the district federation of trade unions, affirmed the situation of the street federation of trade unions in promoting the reform of trade unions in non-public enterprises and continuing to deepen the democratic management work of regional employee congresses and collective consultations. And put forward three suggestions on the next step of the work plan of the street federation of trade unions: first, to find the positioning of the work, rely on the party workers to build a platform, strengthen the participation at the source, and better integrate into the overall pattern of community party building and community governance; second, adhere to the rule of law thinking, through the equal consultation platform, guide employees to rationally express their demands, and ensure the harmonious and stable development of the community; the third is to strengthen the integration of resources, deepen the new requirements of the reform of trade unions in non-public enterprises, focus on the needs of employees, strengthen the work brand, improve the service mechanism, and continuously improve the satisfaction and sense of gain of employees.
Xu Jun, secretary of the party group and vice chairman of the district federation of trade unions, pointed out that in recent years, under the great attention of the leaders, combined with regional realities, the Zhijiang West Road Street Federation of Trade Unions has adhered to the principle of party building with industrial construction and industrial construction to promote party building, continuously consolidated the foundation of trade union work, continued to standardize the trade union work system, and formed work brands such as workers' games, labor competitions in the property industry, and regional workers' congresses, collective consultations and other characteristic work. Four requirements were put forward for the Zhijiang West Road Street Federation of Trade Unions to adhere to the leadership of party building and promote the work of trade unions to better integrate into the overall pattern of grass-roots social governance:
The first is to further strengthen the construction of the trade union organization system, expand the effective coverage of trade union services on a larger scale, and realize the horizontal to the edge and vertical to the end of the labor coverage;
The second is to further strengthen the construction of the cultural front of employees, focus on the functions of trade union education, training, service, rights protection resources, etc., form a standardized service list, and effectively improve the ability and level of serving employees;
The third is to further improve the working mechanism for coordinating labor relations, pay great attention to the early warning and forecasting of labor disputes in the jurisdictional areas, and form a model for Zhijiangxi in terms of democratic management and the construction of harmonious labor relations;
The fourth is to further focus on emerging fields to strengthen the selection of typical trees, realize where the employees are, where the trade union organization is, and select the best employees, and at the same time give full play to the exemplary leading role of advanced models such as labor model craftsmen, and create a good atmosphere of love and dedication.
Finally, Secretary Xu Jun stressed that trade union cadres should effectively act as researchers of people's feelings, couriers, and worry-free waiters for employees, and constantly improve the ability and level of service workers.
