Joe Schumacher's 1987 film The Lost Boys is about to be remade by Warner, starring Noah Yup (the little male protagonist in "A Quiet Place") and Jaden Martell (the "Joker Returns" series), directed by Jonathan Entwesle ("Go to His*'s World"). Randy McKinnon, who was working with Warner on "Electrostatic Man," will write the script for the new version of Ghostbuster.
The film has not yet announced its plot, but it is said that it will be set in the modern era. In the original film, after Sam and Mike and their mother move to a small town in California, they find that the town is shrouded in a mysterious force.
