Currently, the Elemental Ultimate Power Potion is a pick-up binding, which can only be obtained by non-alchemy professional players through crafting orders.
In version 10.1, the Elemental Power Potion is no longer a pick-up binding and can be purchased directly at the auction house like the Elemental Power Potion.
This change may be due to the fact that the 10.1 Crafting Elemental Ultimate Power Potion no longer requires the original Chaos.
The original Chaos will be discarded after the 10.1 launch and turned into rough items, each selling for 1 gold.
