BYD released the first three technology products of Yunjian-C, Yunjian-A and Yunzhen-P, in addition to previewing the higher-end Yunjian-X. Yunji already has a complete product matrix, which will cover the flagship models of the Dynasty Ocean series, Denza and the mysterious personalized brand cars.
As the basic model of the Yunji system, the hardware of the Yunzhen-C intelligent damping body control system has been installed on some configuration versions of BYD Han, Tang and Denza D9 models, and will be upgraded to the Yunzhen C system through OTA.
Yunjian-C adjusts the damping by controlling the shock absorber solenoid valve, which can realize stepless adaptive adjustment of damping, breaking the limitation of single adjustment of traditional passive suspension. The Yunjian-C system can realize millisecond adjustment of shock absorber damping, which can quickly suppress vertical bumps in the body, and can also suppress body pitch and roll during acceleration, braking or line change, so that comfort and sport do not have to be trade-off.
The Yunji-A intelligent air body control system will first be installed on the Denza N7, equipped with single-chamber or multi-cavity air springs + stepless adaptive adjustment shock absorbers according to different models. The air spring can realize 150mm suspension adjustment stroke and provide more than ten function modes, bringing users a rich user experience.
Among them, the multi-cavity air spring can realize multi-level adjustment of stiffness, and when the vehicle accelerates and brakes, the vehicle's anti-pitch ability can be increased by more than 25% through intelligent active adjustment; When steering at high speeds, the body roll speed is reduced by 23%, making the driving experience safer and more comfortable.
In addition, the Yunji-A is also equipped with the world's first intelligent wing seat, according to the body attitude and steering action, the system changes the lateral wrapping shape of the seat by inflating the seat wings, and the seat can hold the body tightly when cornering quickly, ensuring that the driver and occupants always maintain a good driving posture. The intelligent wing seat and air spring are highly integrated with a shared air path design, which is structurally efficient and lightweight, and the seat wing responds faster.
Yunjian-P intelligent hydraulic body control system will first be equipped on the Yangwang U8, integrating the three core technologies of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic control, and is the world's first intelligent hydraulic body control system.
The intelligent hydraulic body control system has a larger suspension adjustment stroke of up to 200mm. And it has a better independent adjustment ability: it can realize four-wheel synchronous lifting ability, and can also realize single-wheel independent lifting and lowering ability.
Yunjian-P's hydraulic system has a lifting force of up to 5 tons, which meets the needs of high-intensity off-road continuous lifting, so as to adapt to the challenge of extreme off-road. When stationary, the vehicle parked on a slope can also be automatically leveled by a single wheel height adjustment, maintaining body level even when parked on a slope for a long time.
When the vehicle is in extreme off-road conditions, the four-wheel linkage function of Yunjian-P can deliver oil to the suspension wheel shock absorber to further lengthen the suspension travel, improve the wheel adhesion, and ensure effective power output. The four-wheel linkage function of Yunji-P can make the maximum wheel difference of the vehicle reach 620mm, so that the vehicle can more calmly face the test of cross-axle escape.
