Huang Ying immediately recognized that the Daoist priests and zombies were all disguised as people, and after a fight, the group of people scattered and fled.
One of the "zombies" died of poison attacking the heart, and the town's policeman Biao Ge (played by Qian Menchao) found a large amount of opium from him.
It turned out that the gang secretly smuggled opium to the town to sell under the cover of pretending to be Taoist priests to drive out the corpses.
Those "zombies" are fed drugs by the "Taoist" and will be manipulated by the "Daoist".
Since the opening of the waterway in Meizhou Town, many traders from other places have come to Meizhou Town to do business, and the economy has prospered, and some young people have learned to smoke opium.
In the town, a woman from out of town named Yao Jie opened a restaurant called Phoenix Villa, and also ran a shop that bought and sold land and houses. Another outsider opened several bathhouses, and Qian Zhenghao suspected that they were secretly selling opium.
The old mayor Zheng Weizhi (played by Lou Nanguang) is old, and the new mayor who has arrived to replace him, Yang Chenghu, is suspicious, and Qian Zhenghao recognizes him as a bandit on Longtou Mountain.
So Huang Ying decided to go to Xinghua Province, which was directly under Meizhou Town, to investigate the details of the new town mayor.
On the other side, Brother Biao also took the police and Qian Zhenghao to search the bathhouse of the foreigners, and sure enough, he found that the bathhouse was actually an opium smoke house.
Huang Ying and Qian Zhenghao's female apprentice Ah Dian (played by Zou Haoxue) arrive at Xinghua Province, and from the police officer Nan Ge (played by Huang Yishan), who manages the files, it is found that yang Chenghu, the mayor of the new town, has been killed on the way to office, and the murderer is the bandit ghost king (played by Xu Shaoqiang) on Longtou Mountain in Bangtou Town.

Huang Ying and Ah Dian encounter mad dogs, bald eagles and wild wolves on their way back to Meizhou Town.

First of all, as a mainland network movie, of course, there can be no ghosts and other things in the film, and zombies in Hong Kong films are even more unlikely to appear.
The zombies in this film are dressed up, and the film also uses the mouths of Huang Ying and Qian Zhenghao to popularize the legendary "Xiangxi corpse" to the audience.
There is also a "haunted" plot in the film, and the two evil ghosts that appear in the red and white are also disguised by people, and they all use some side-door left-way techniques.
The film also appears "ghost knocking", "three hands", "red and white collision" those magic, and tirelessly explain the principle, the screenwriter obviously spent a lot of thought when creating the script.
Because zombies and ghosts are fake, there is no plot of the traditional zombie movies, which is naturally a big discount for the viewing of the movie.
Fortunately, the film focuses on the main line of the two Daoists fighting with the bandits of Longtou Mountain, and the images of the Ghost King and the five major Kong villains are also portrayed with their own characteristics.
Pi Ge noticed that Zhang Dicai, who plays the Taoist Huang Ying, is actually a director who specializes in online movies, and his representative work is 2018's "Mutant Python", but there are not many people watching it, and the score is also very low.
Before this film, Zhang Dicai had participated in the 2007 TV series "Spy Battle Gushantang" starring Chen Baoguo, but only a small role.
Zhang Dicai's face shape is somewhat similar to That of Lin Zhengying, and in the film, his appearance copied the image of Lin Daochang's "one eyebrow Daoist". He had a gray beard and eyebrows, and his gray hair was dyed, hiding his 41-year-old age and looking like a lean old man.
Perhaps considering that Zhang Dicai is a newcomer, the role in the film is still biased towards Qian Zhenghao, played by Qian Xiaohao, and a scene in which he bravely breaks into the Phoenix Mountain Villa with a single knife is his highlight performance.
