The cooling came too quickly
It's like a tornado~
Recently, the weather in Changsha has changed too fast
The cooling force can be much faster than the discount of supermarkets
Whenever this time parents start to have a headache, the temperature changes quickly, it seems that all kinds of epidemics are coming, first Noru, then A flow, this feeling of big head, everyone who has a baby at home understands!
In order to make the baby and parents suffer less
Dr. Strawberry specially reminded everyone:
They all love to stare at children
Put down a large piece in public places such as schools at every turn!
Respiratory syncytial virus
This is not a new virus. Every year it comes out to "do things", in fact, almost all children, before the age of 2, have been infected with this virus!
✎ How is it spread?
Like influenza, RSV spreads in two main ways: contact transmission and droplet transmission. That is, if the patient sneezes face to face and shakes your hand, it may be infected!
Once "entangled" by this virus, there may be fever symptoms at the beginning, usually medium to low fever (a few have high fever, the highest can exceed 40 ° C), generally take some antipyretic drugs, and the fever will be reduced.
Don't think that everything will be fine if the fever is gone, don't be deceived by the "blind method" of the virus. What could follow:
Wheezing or episodic wheezing, shortness of breath, severe cases will also be irritable, and may even be accompanied by dehydration, acidosis, respiratory failure, etc.
There are young babies at home, especially pay attention. This disease is more dangerous, and the baby may have apnea, causing sudden death!!
✎ Advice for parents
1. Wash your hands frequently
Before eating, after going to the toilet, after returning home....... Wash your hands and wash them with soap or hand sanitizer for more than 15 seconds each time, which can effectively prevent respiratory syncytial virus.
2. Be wary of secondhand smoke
Studies have shown that babies infected with RSV who are exposed to secondhand smoke for a long time are 2.53 times more likely to be non-smokers, and the severity of the disease is higher than that of babies who are not exposed to secondhand smoke.
At the same time, smoke deposited on sofas and beds can still have an impact on the child's health and can last for many years. We try to avoid second-hand smoke and thirdhand smoke as much as possible.
3. If you have these symptoms, you should be sent to the hospital immediately:
➡️ Feeding less than half of usual, or even refusal
➡️ Irritability, irritability, lethargy
➡️ Increased respiratory rate (infant > 60 breaths per minute, the child's chest cage together counts as 1 breath)
➡️ Small nose deflated with breathing (nasal flap)
➡️ Breathing is strenuous, and the rib spaces in the chest are sunken with breathing
Hand, foot and mouth disease
Studies have shown that the transmission rate of household contact with EV71, an enterovirus that causes HFMD, is 52%.
In other words, the chances of your baby getting infected through your family are high.
What's more frightening is that after adults suffer from hand, foot and mouth disease, those with stronger immunity will not appear symptoms. But the virus it carries is still contagious, the so-called "recessive infector"!
✎ How is it spread?
➡️ An important mode of transmission is close contact, contact with hands, toys, tableware, etc. contaminated with the virus;
➡️ Respiratory droplet transmission, sneezing, etc.;
➡️ Fecal-oral transmission, eating food contaminated with the virus.
✎ Advice for parents
➡️ When going out and returning home, wash your hands and face before contact with your child, and cover up when you sneeze;
➡️ Do not share utensils, towels, etc. with your baby;
➡️ Wash your hands before and after changing your baby's diaper;
➡️ Maintain environmental hygiene at home, tableware, toys, towels, clothes, bedding, etc., should be washed and dried frequently, and disinfected as soon as possible.

✎ How is it spread?
➡️ Eating food and water contaminated with norovirus
➡️ Close contact with a human body "stained" with norovirus
➡️ Contact with the patient's vomit, feces
➡️ Staying in an unventilated room with the patient and inhaling polluted air
✎ Advice for parents
➡️ Teach children to do well
- Wash your hands frequently: Always wash your hands before eating and after using the toilet.
- Drink boiled water: Drink warm or cold boiled water, do not drink raw water.
- Stay away from vomit: If classmates vomit, stay away from vomit and pollutants as soon as possible, and do not watch.
➡️ Families need to do well
- Frequent ventilation: The room should be ventilated at least 2-3 times a day, each time for at least 30 minutes.
- Cooked thoroughly: Food must be cooked thoroughly, especially seafood such as oysters, instant vegetables thoroughly washed.
- Seek medical attention promptly: If your child has symptoms such as vomiting and diarrhea, he should seek medical attention in time and wait 72 hours for the symptoms to disappear completely before returning to school.
Sense of flow
The recent outbreak of influenza A is one type of influenza.
Influenza viruses can be divided into four families: A, B, C, and D, of which influenza A is more common. As soon as it is warm and cold, it will enter a high incidence period.
Schools are highly crowded, and because children are susceptible, influenza cases can easily cause clusters through daily learning and activities.
✎ Advice for parents
➡️ Pay attention to personal hygiene
The main mode of transmission of influenza is coughing, sneezing secretions, and droplets. During the high incidence of influenza, try not to go to public places with many people, crowds and bad air.
If you have to go, it is best to wear a mask well.
When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth and nose with tissues, towels, etc.; Pay attention to use running water to wash your baby's hands in time, whether after going to the toilet or before eating, and try to avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with your hands.
➡️ Get vaccinated
Influenza vaccination is an effective means of preventing seasonal influenza and its serious complications.
High-risk groups such as children, the elderly, patients with chronic diseases, pregnant women and medical personnel should be vaccinated against influenza to prevent seasonal influenza and its serious complications caused by influenza virus infection.
➡️ Go to school without illness
If the child has flu-like symptoms (fever, up to 39~40 °C; It can be accompanied by chills, chills, headache, muscle and joint pain, often sore throat, cough, etc.), should seek medical attention in time, reduce contact with other children, and do not go to school with illness.
Chickenpox
As the "old wrongdoer" in winter and spring, chickenpox (varicella, chickenpox) is an acute infectious disease caused by the varicella-zoster virus, characterized by systemic papules, blisters, and crusts.
Spread mainly through respiratory droplets and direct contact, it is prone to outbreaks and can obtain lasting immunity after illness.
Although chickenpox is generally not fatal enough, it is a "cancer" that every parent fears. Because this product is known as "face-to-face transmission", about 90% of susceptible people become ill after contact with patients, and it is easy to infect a large area in kindergartens and schools!
✎ Advice for parents
➡️ Get vaccinated
The easiest and most effective way to prevent chickenpox is to receive 2 doses of each vaccine with the corresponding ingredients.
People who have not had the disease before, have not been vaccinated or have only received 1 dose of vaccine can be given the vaccine as soon as they have close contact with the sick person to avoid illness or reduce symptoms.
➡️ Isolate the child
Patients with chickenpox need to be isolated until all rashes are completely scabbed and dry, but some patients who have been previously vaccinated with varicella vaccine may not have herpes, only macules and papules, and should be isolated until there is no new damage to the skin and mucous membranes (macules, papules, etc.) within 24 hours.
mumps
Mumps is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by mumps virus, which has the highest incidence in children aged 5~9 years old, and is very easy to epidemic outbreaks in kindergartens, schools and other places where children are concentrated.
✎ How is it spread?
Mumps can be transmitted by droplets or through direct contact.
What's more, if you want to find the source of the infection, it's just too hard.
Because mumps is most contagious 1~2 days before symptoms appear and within 5 days after symptoms appear, that is, the person who transmits mumps to you is likely to be the type of person without symptoms.
✎ Advice for parents
➡️ Get vaccinated
Mumps, prevention is key!
Take your baby to get mumps-containing vaccines in time.
People who have not had the disease before, have not been vaccinated or have only received 1 dose of vaccine can be given the vaccine as soon as they have close contact with the sick person to avoid illness or reduce symptoms.
➡️ Everyday protection
- During the epidemic season, pay attention to wearing masks for children when going out;
- Avoid crowded places or places with poor air circulation;
- Clean your baby's hands, toys, etc. frequently, and maintain a good ventilation environment indoors;
- Usually, you also need to pay attention to let the child exercise more, enhance resistance, drink more water, and maintain oral hygiene.
Finally, Director Cheng Zhi would like to remind everyone that infectious diseases are not terrible, what is terrible is that people do not understand it and do not know how to prevent it correctly.
Here it is also recommended that parents take their children to be vaccinated in time, do a good job of daily protection, protect themselves, and protect the people around them.
