In order to perfectly restore the authentic Maoxiang, based on the improved process and cellar of the year, and the raw materials are also consistent with Moutai, only small red grains with thick skin and resistant to cooking are used, repeatedly steamed and fermented to take wine, to ensure a purer taste, and then the same cellar for 5 years, the sauce aroma is more intense.
