The movie "Jinjiang 1936" recreates the chapter of the strategic transfer of the Second and Sixth Armies of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army led by He Long and Xiao Ke in Yunnan Province, Kunming, Dali, Diqing Shangri-La and other places, getting rid of the encirclement and blockade of hundreds of thousands of Kuomintang troops, forcibly crossing the Jinsha River in three days and three nights, and going north to resist Japan. Among them, the story of He Long accidentally losing his infant daughter He Jiesheng on the battlefield and being recovered by the local people after several twists and turns vividly shows the deep affection of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army and the masses of all nationalities.
