Recently, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau issued a notice on promoting the construction of the vehicle gas cylinder information traceability system, saying that the city has fully started the construction of the vehicle gas cylinder filling traceability information system, and from January 1, 2021, the city's vehicle gas cylinder filling station will fully realize the scanning code filling, and the vehicle gas cylinder without two-dimensional code installation will not be able to fill.

The city's vehicle gas cylinders need to install two-dimensional codes, which is the main component of the construction of the city's vehicle gas cylinder filling traceability information system, and is also a requirement for accelerating the construction of the national gas cylinder quality and safety traceability system.

According to the requirements of the "Vehicle Gas Cylinder Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" (TSG R009-2009), before filling, the filling unit shall inspect the vehicle gas cylinder, and all vehicles shall not install a fully enclosed fixed baffle that affects the inspection and filling of the gas cylinder. After the vehicle is transferred or the vehicle gas cylinder is replaced, the registration procedures for the use of the vehicle gas cylinder shall be re-handled. If the QR code information of the vehicle gas cylinder is inconsistent with the information of the vehicle or the gas cylinder itself, it will not be inflatable.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, individual taxi and social vehicle gas cylinder users from October 9, 2020 to December 31, 2020, with the registration certificate or inspection mark of the use of vehicle gas cylinders, to 6 vehicle gas cylinder two-dimensional code installation units in the city (the list is attached) to install two-dimensional codes (statutory holidays are closed). The installation of QR codes for taxis and buses of each company will be arranged separately.

The notice said that the waste gas cylinder must be sent to the vehicle gas cylinder inspection agency for destructive treatment, and it is forbidden to deliver the scrapped vehicle gas cylinder that has not been damaged to others or use it again as a vehicle gas cylinder.
