Since the founding of the team, we have always taken Lei Feng as an example, regarded the honor of the motherland above all else, sacrificed everything for the cause of honor guards, and successfully completed 85 honor guard ceremonial tasks such as foreign guests' visit to China and the "9.3" military parade, showing the world the prestige of a big country and showing the cool and heroic posture of Chinese female soldiers.

The mission is supported by faith, and to devote oneself to the cause of honor guard, we must have persistent persistence. The honor guard female soldiers carry out the highest standard ceremonial tasks of the country, face the heads of state and dignitaries, and focus on the eyes of the world. Honor guards are not trivial, and everything is political. We regard the cultivation of political character loyal to the party as the primary task of the construction of the team, adhere to the ardent expectations of President Xi Jinping to cultivate faith, and inspire officers and soldiers with the glorious course of the honor guard brigade for 64 years. At the beginning of joining the squadron, we used the lofty cause of honor guards to unite people's hearts, guide everyone to integrate their personal beautiful dreams into the pursuit of their mission, carry out in-depth special education on "remembering the leader's entrustment and being loyal to the cause of honor guard," organize everyone to take an oath to the military flag, and remember the solemn oath that honor guard is more important than life and career is higher than youth; visit the brigade history museum and explain the touching stories behind one pennant award certificate and one photo after another Ask the veterans of the honor guard to make a report on their deeds, and strengthen their sincere love for the cause of the honor guard in the midst of hearing and seeing. The ability to cast with sweat, to set up a first-class standard is to have extraordinary efforts. The style of the honor guard female soldiers is amazing and envious, but few people know how much hardship and dedication are soaked behind the glory. As the saying goes, one minute on stage, ten years offstage, for female honor guards, every action, every demeanor, every expression, and even every look must be trained with tens of millions of times of precision in exchange for foolproof on the parade field. When the squadron was established, the requirements of the chiefs at all levels were very high, the news media were highly concerned, and all sectors of society were full of expectations. "Everyone started from standing skills, kicking skills, swinging arm skills, and physical skills, and carefully carved and strictly trained. Positive step is the basic skill of the honor guard, requiring kicking with the wind, landing on the ground and smashing the pit, we often organize female soldiers and male soldiers "PK", than speed, than standard, than endurance. One night, everyone was sleeping soundly, and suddenly heard a "bang", it turned out that the female soldier Lu Jue was still practicing kicking in her sleep, and the quilt was kicked aside by her. When people asked her the next day, she said, "Isn't it better than kicking a male soldier?" I don't dream about idleness. "One sentence amused everyone. The 7-pound salute gun is not much for male soldiers, but it is a great test for female soldiers, and the time to carry it on the shoulder is short and OK, and the time is long, the arms are sore, the hands are trembling, not to mention the precise and free movements. Many female soldiers grabbed the gun and slapped the blood bubbles in their palms, but they did not loosen up until they ground the blood bubbles into calluses. On May 12, 2014, at the welcoming ceremony of the President of Turkmenistan's visit to China, 13 female soldiers made their debut and showed the world the proud style of Chinese honor guards with the self-confidence and upright heroism of a big country. "9 • 3" military parade, male and female team members jointly set up a mixed formation of flag protection team, due to the different queue movements and usual, the height and body size difference is large, the newly trained female soldiers are once again facing new challenges. We shouted the slogan of "aligning ourselves with the world's first-class and in line with historical honors", practicing military posture, one stop is 3 hours; practicing swinging head, using a ruler one by one; practicing eye gaze, 50 seconds without blinking; practicing stride length, laying sand and measuring accuracy. Every day, braving the heat of 40 to 50 degrees, tied up with 6 pounds of sandbags, a training is more than 10 hours, and no one shrinks back. When the honor guard walked through Tiananmen Square as the first parade team, everyone was extremely proud in their hearts, and we continued the glory of the female soldiers of the Republic with a sonorous and powerful step!

The style of work relies on hard work, and when the image window is good, there must be a sense of dedication. It is not easy to be a qualified honor guard, and it is even more difficult to be a female honor guard. In addition to the extraordinary physical effort, but also to bear the emotional and physical pressure, the life of girls of the same age is not very fashionable, for us is a luxury. However, as a female soldier of honor, she chose the cause of honor guard and chose sacrifice and dedication. Deputy Squadron Leader Liu Dongyang and his lover talked about love for 5 years, and finally ended the love run in May last year, the hotel was booked, but in order to participate in the "9•3" military parade, the marriage date was once again postponed. Row leader Zhao Miao caused a lumbar disc herniation due to overwork, she went to the training ground after the closure, and could not stop it; when the superior soldier Wang Yidi trained, the heel grinded out a big blood bubble, and she quietly cut a hole in the back of her boots to continue practicing... In the past two years, each female soldier has worn at least a dozen pairs of leather boots, and the straight step kicked out is equivalent to a twenty-five thousand mile long march. In our squadron, the poet Wang Guozhen's poem is familiar to everyone: since he has chosen a distant place, he only cares about the wind and rain; since the goal is the horizon, the only thing left for the world is the back. We vigorously inherit the soul of the honor guard of "dedication to honor and glory for the country" and have the courage to withstand the test of various difficulties and hardships. In September last year, the squadron went to Russia to participate in the International Military Music Festival, and the continuous rainy weather caused 8 team members to catch a cold, 12 people had diarrhea, and it rained heavily on the day of the official performance. Italy, Japan, Pakistan and other countries decided to withdraw, and the honor guards in Greece and Mexico also put on raincoats. In the face of bad weather, we do not hesitate in the slightest, because everyone knows that what we are holding up is not only a steel gun, but also a responsibility and responsibility for the glory of the country. When the Chinese female soldiers stepped on the drums of the band and braved the wind and rain to enter Moscow's Red Square, they shocked the representatives and audiences of various countries present. The 12-minute performance, 177 actions, each movement was accompanied by thunderous applause, and the shouts of "Long live China", "China good" and "Ula" resounded throughout the audience. Due to long-term outdoor training, female soldiers have tanned skin, calluses on their feet, "zebra stripes" on their legs, two arms thick and thin, and even short sleeves, skirts, and sandals in summer shopping do not dare to wear, but everyone has no complaints and no regrets. Because we firmly believe that the hard-working life is the most exciting, and the dedicated youth is the most beautiful!
