Chanel presents a new Haute Horlogerie

Chanel launches a new watchmaking creation, conveying the creativity and craftsmanship of Chanel watchmaking and Haute Horlogerie.

CHANEL DRAWS INSPIRATION FROM THE WORLDS OF SCIENCE FICTION, SPACE AND TIME TRAVEL TO CREATE THE INTERSTELLAR LIMITED EDITION WATCH. CHANEL innovatively interprets the J12 watch, PREMIÈRE watch, BOY· through pixelated graphics, printed circuit boards, playful luminous elements, star embellishments, and 3D robots. FRIEND watches, and CODE COCO watch collections.

The use of many cosmic elements makes each watch in the J12 series unique. The combination of black and white ceramics, metal-set diamonds and black ceramics creates a unique image of the starry sky and interprets the unfathomable universe. Diamonds sparkle like a starry sky, and the variations of black and white ceramics are used to represent pixelated patterns or the process of solar and lunar eclipses.

IN THE PEMIÈRE COLLECTION, HYPER LUCKY STAR AND LUCKY STAR WATCHES ADORN THE WRISTS WITH STAR LUCKY EMBELLISHMENTS. The former features a white 18K gold dial set with 116 brilliant-cut diamonds, while the latter creates an aventurine sparkling black lacquered dial.

THE PREMIÈRE CAMÉLIA X-RAY WATCH PAYS TRIBUTE TO ONE OF CHANEL'S MOST POETIC SYMBOLS, THE CAMELLIA. THE PREMIÈRE X-RAY WATCH IS DESIGNED WITH SAPPHIRES AND WHITE GOLD SET WITH DIAMONDS TO CREATE A TRANSPARENT TEXTURE AND FEMININITY. The PREMIÈRE ROBOT watch uses yellow gold, precision ceramics, black titanium coating, onyx and diamonds to create a 3D robot shape.

BOY· THE FRIEND CYBERDATA WATCH FEATURES A FUTURISTIC SENSE OF FUTURISTIC TECHNOLOGY WITH CIRCUIT MOTIFS PRINTED ON A BLACK LACQUERED DIAL SET WITH 54 BRILLIANT-CUT DIAMONDS. THE CODE COCO CYBERGOLD WATCH HAS A GOLD DIAMOND QUILTED LEATHER STRAP PRINTED WITH THE "CHANEL" LOGO. The watch has two black lacquered dials, one of which is set with a diamond.

THE BLACK PRECISION CERAMIC CASE OF THE MONSIEUR DE CHANEL TOURBILLON METEORITE WATCH FEATURES THE CHANEL BRAND LOGO AND LION ELEMENTS, SET IN A TOURBILLON FRAME. A dial made of meteorite fragments makes each watch unique.

The Mademoiselle Privé Pique-Aiguilles watch collection draws inspiration from pin inserts. The collection includes 5 designs – camellia lace, signature handbag combinations, jewelry scattered on black tweed, diamond embroidery and coats in the platemaking stage – telling the story of haute couture and haute horlogerie.

The watches are made of 18K yellow gold, and the hand-engraved technique gives the dial a rich texture. Traditional appliqué printing techniques are used to draw camellia patterns, and the engraving process is also applied to black mother-of-pearl to interpret the diamond check leather effect. Diamond embellishments make the watch even more sparkling.

The Mademoiselle Privé watch collection consists of four watch pieces in homage to Gabrielle Chanel's constellation: Leo. The watch includes a button design decorated with a golden lion-embossed button, which conceals the dial under the buttons. In addition to the regular models, the collection also includes two handcuffed bracelets and a long necklace, which combine the practical functions of a timepiece but also serve as a very personal decoration.

Bell & Ross makes its debut at WWG with a new title

Bell & Ross presents three new timepieces to its debut at the "Watch & Wonder" Haute Horlogerie exhibition in Geneva.

BR 03-93 GMT BLUE is a two-time watch inspired by the instrument cluster in the cockpit of an aircraft. Its case is made of 42 mm steel and is water resistant to 100 meters. The watch is equipped with the BR-CAL.303 automatic calibre, which vibrates at 28,800 times per hour and has a power reserve of 42 hours, which allows the function of the timepiece to be more accurate and stable.

BR 03-92 DIVER WHITE BRONZE FEATURES A BRONZE CASE WITH A PEARL-WHITE DIAL, REMINISCENT OF THE FIRST DIVING EXPEDITION OF MODERN MAN. Bronze has played a big role in the history of navigation, and the watch features a deep-sea diving helmet engraved on the stainless steel case back, echoing bronze's contribution to modern diving exploration. Bronze watches also add a unique patina to the wear. Water-resistant to 300 metres, this watch is powered by the BR-CAL.302 automatic calibre and is available in a limited edition of 999 pieces.

The BR 05 Green Gold inherits the style of the classic BR 03, with the case and strap made entirely of gold. The painted metal plate at the base of the dial creates a sun-pattern effect that changes color when tilted according to the reflection of its surface, and countless layers of tinted green varnish give it a variation from fluorescent green to dark green.

De Bethune presents a masterpiece

Swiss independent watchmaking brand De Bethune will continue the brand's unique style by presenting two new products during the 2023 "Watch & Wonder" Geneva Haute Horlogerie exhibition.

De Bethune announced a collaboration with renowned artist and music producer Swizz Beatz to launch the DBD "Season 2" watch, the second collaboration between the two parties, limited to 13 pieces. The watch has a carbon-grey polished zirconium case, places the crown at 12 o'clock and uses torpedo-type lugs. The burgundy dial is decorated with Geneva stripes for a subtle effect of light and shadow.

Inside, the watch features five discs that display the day, day and month through side-by-side windows at 12 o'clock, while the rolling minutes and beating hours are shown below. The watch is powered by the hand-wound calibre 2044 with a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, the latest titanium balance wheel in white gold and a triple parachute damping system.

In addition, each DBD "Season 2" comes with a burgundy fabric strap that matches the dial and an interchangeable black alligator leather strap, as well as a limited-edition logo individually numbered on the back.

The latest generation of the DB 8 watch pays tribute to the original DB1 chronograph and the original DB8 with the design of a single-button chronograph.

This watch has a beautiful and classic guilloché dial, with the 60-minute counter placed at 6 o'clock in order to increase its size as much as possible and thus have a high degree of readability. When the chronograph returns to zero, the tail of the second hand is overlaid above the chronograph minute hand, so that the two hands overlap.

The heartcase, case back, bezel and hands of the watch are all made of titanium elements, giving the appearance pure and pure. The watch is equipped with the brand's new in-house movement, which is also the fourth single-button basic chronograph movement after DB1, the original DB8 and Maxichrono.
