All 5 of them are from Shandong, thinking that the locals know the local scenic spots better, so they listen to them in advance. Before leaving, I saw that everyone had prepared a large bag of food and drink, although they were shocked, but they said that climbing the mountain is easy to get hungry, and the mountain things are too expensive, so I didn't say anything.

Southerners in the north, due to the difference in diet and living, the stomach is a little fragile, vomiting and diarrhea from time to time. When I started climbing the mountain, I was a little physically exhausted and fell behind, seeing that they were all energetic and climbing quickly, although they didn't have to wait for me when they greeted me, and they were embarrassed to drag their feet. I rested as I walked, ate some candy, drank a can of Red Bull, and hurried to chase.
After catching up with them, they climbed all the way to Zhongtianmen, and on the way, the two ladies climbed more and more, gradually slowed down, and lost the majestic spirit at first.
When resting in Zhongtianmen, I should have eaten something to replenish my strength, but both ladies said that they couldn't eat anything, and they just wanted to vomit when they were tired. Seeing that it was difficult to reach the top, they suggested that they take the cable car up, but both ladies refused.
After a short rest, our group of 6 continued to climb, and the two ladies first handed over their backpacks and coats to the men, and by the time the "Five Great Fusongs" had already needed their respective husbands to support them to climb a few steps and stops.
So far, my friend and I had taken all the supplies, and although we had eliminated some on the way, we couldn't help but prepare more, and neither of them ate at all, so we both sweated.
Climbing the mountain with a load, waiting while climbing, it actually took five hours to get from Zhongtianmen to the Jade Emperor Peak! Because the two ladies were exhausted and there was not enough time, they hurriedly clocked in and rushed to the South Tianmen Ropeway.
Unfortunately, there are many people on the ropeway, and they have been queuing for an hour, and it is really sour to queue up with large bags of supplies! Although we have tried our best to eliminate food, the two ladies have nothing to eat except drink some water, so they can only carry them back!
I usually travel lightly on foot, bring some water and dry food, and I can eliminate it before the return trip, this is the first time I have carried supplies back!
The original plan was to visit all the small spots along the road on Mount Tai, see the sunset, and then slowly descend the mountain. As a result, this trip patronized the backpack and others, climbed the stone steps with a heavy weight and sweated, and hurriedly took the ropeway down the mountain.
After this incident, I no longer dare to climb the mountain with a housewife! In other words, hike, travel and go with familiar physical partners, otherwise it is really difficult to have fun.
PS: There are many supply shops on the way to Mount Tai, and the prices are close to the people, noodles, cakes, fruits and everything, and the price is not expensive! But the infrastructure is weak, there are few public toilets, and the lack of water is very dirty and inconvenient. So, there's really no need to carry too much food, including water.
