iWork has been updated, but I regret it

author:Run better

Today, Apple's iWork trio has been updated, but it is far from expectations. This update is followed by version 13.0. Let me tell you what I think.

Let's start with Pages

iWork has been updated, but I regret it

Pages is great to use, but not powerful enough, and the support for Chinese is still not friendly enough. For example, the function of empty two bars has not been realized. For example, the directory function cannot support multiple levels, and the number cannot appear in the directory.

I can't understand the developer's inaction with the above features, especially the inability to use numbers in the catalog, and I don't know why it is not supported.

Numbers

iWork has been updated, but I regret it

The most admirable thing about Numbers is the aesthetics, the things they make are very beautiful, and that's the biggest reason I like to use them. But functionally much weaker than Excel. In fact, the existing Numbers are perfectly adequate for most people. What I'm complaining about is its printing feature.

I want to be able to automatically expand or shrink according to the size of the paper after a table is made, but when it can't be reduced or enlarged, it is based on the upper left corner, which takes more time to adjust the print format, not to mention that sometimes it is not always possible to achieve a beautiful print format.

Keynote

iWork has been updated, but I regret it

Keynote's function is not weak, and many commercial releases will use it to make it. But the updates in recent years have made too little progress in terms of functionality or technology, and PowerPoint has caught up!

For this product, it is hoped that the subsequent update will enhance the function or technical progress.

iWork has always been a high-use product in macOS that I love, and I hope it will get better and better!

Many of the features I use hope will spark discussion and give me more new skills.
