This morning, according to a number of Xbox players, they received a warning email from Microsoft that Microsoft's Xbox account has been permanently banned. However, the email did not provide a reason for the ban, which confused players. It can't be an April Fool's joke, right?

Xbox customer service said the account was suspended for fraudulently obtaining or using Xbox Live content. This includes, but is not limited to:
