In addition to live live footage, the band's documentary is a window into the band. Many bands will use a DV while touring, or invite a professional photography team to record the journey, or make a special record for a certain album, in which you can learn a lot of the band's thoughts, the background of the band's work or some funny things.

In this issue, E Jun will recommend some post-rocking band documentaries. The selection criteria are approximately:

1. It is not a pure live recording image, and there should be a record of the musician's different states;

2. Not a stream-of-consciousness work, at least one main narrative;

3. Not animation or other non-documentary works;
