Can Windows 10 systems deploy IIS websites? The answer is yes!
In the previous article, we talked about how to install IIS, and this article details the detailed steps of deploying a website application using IIS.
- Find My Computer on the desktop, right-click and select Manage to enter the following interface:
2. Select the website and right-click to add the website
Add a website
First, select the physical path of the website program, and give the website name a friendly name.
Try not to use the default port 80, change to a port that is easy to remember, such as 8093.
3. Click OK to launch the website, the effect is as follows.
Site renderings
4. The running effect is as follows, does it feel that something is wrong?
Failed to load file or assembly
This type of problem occurs because 32-bit applications are not enabled and can be set up by following the steps described below.
5. Click on Application Pools, find cysoftTest this, and then click Advanced Settings
6. Enable 32-bit applications in Advanced Settings.
The running effect is shown below, but this is not the default page
7. Set the default document run page, select Default Document
Click Set Default Document
Add here the actual default documentation pages in your own program, such as login.html
The effect after entering again is the default document you want to enter.
The document page runs by default
It is important to note that if the web program calls a 32-bit program, remember to check Enable 32-bit application, otherwise it will not run normally. In general, the deployment is still very simple, have you learned it?
