2021 Speed Skating China Open: Chinese athletes won two runners-up

In addition, in the men's and women's 500 meters competition, South Korea's Kim Joon-ho and The Netherlands' Greyviert respectively won the championship.

The Construction of the National Speed Skating Hall began in 2016, was successfully completed in December last year, and the first ice making was successfully implemented in January this year. The National Speed Skating Hall has a 400-meter slide with 12,000 spectator seats. The Speed Skating China Open is the first beijing Winter Olympics test event this year and the first international event ushered in by the National Speed Skating Hall.
