AIPOD 2023R1 version video introduction
AIPOD is a general intelligent optimization design software independently developed by Tianhun Software, which provides CAD+CAE automation integration function and a new generation of intelligent optimization algorithm, which allows the design team to focus on the product design itself rather than the numerical simulation process, so as to help the design team quickly find a better product or process design solution.
Compared with the previous version, AIPOD 2023R1 has been upgraded in terms of software functions and operation experience, including:
- Tool nodes are called agilely
- Added optimization task node
- Expert knowledge assists optimization
- Agent training algorithm extension

Tool nodes are called agilely
AIPOD 2023R1 version realizes deep integration of common CAD and CAE nodes such as UG, Fluent, and Start-CCM+, and can automatically identify internal parameters by uploading model files, and complete relevant settings through graphical interface operations. The whole process does not require any program script editing, the use threshold is lower, and the operation is more convenient.

Added optimization task node
AIPOD 2023R1 version realizes the extraction of optimization task nodes, and then realizes cascade optimization between various modules of the system, making AIPOD suitable for complex system-level industrial design scenarios, and the application field has been further expanded.

Expert knowledge assists optimization
In the traditional iterative design process of products, the experience of engineers can help determine the direction of product optimization. In order to solve the problem of poor exploration in the early stage of automatic optimization, AIPOD 2023R1 version introduces an expert knowledge assisted optimization module: on the one hand, it solidifies the experience of engineering experts into regular knowledge to help quickly find efficient design areas in the automatic optimization process; On the other hand, in the optimization process, the knowledge in the existing cases is continuously iteratively mined and presented to the user with visualizations, so as to guide the next round of optimization design.

Agent training algorithm extension
AIPOD 2023R1 expands the number of agent training algorithm integrations to nearly 30, including out-of-the-box intelligent algorithms for entry-level users; It also provides more open and professional algorithm selection and hyperparameter configuration for users who have a deeper understanding of the design space.
