At first, I was going to put the projector on my camera tripod, but then I found that the tripod was still a little short, so I cleaned up the empty space of a bookcase and put the machine on the bookcase. Anyway, the machine is not big, a small grid can be completely placed, and the empty space next to it is very abundant when the hard disk or Switch space is placed.

After holding back for two years, there is finally a new model, which is naturally one of the goals, and from a hardware point of view, although it is not like the mobile phone circle to update the Snapdragon flagship chip every year, it is believed that the MT9669 processor on the TV /projector will be the standard of the new products in recent years, and the function has increased greatly after loading the APU; Of course, there are HARMAN Kardon speakers, at least when no additional speakers are connected.
Dangbe F3
Although it has been a year since the release, it can be said that it is not a new product, but the reason for choosing it is the only dual USB 3.0 interface configuration of the whole network, yes, it is really the only one on the whole network, the other double USB 3.0 interface product I searched for is its predecessor Dangbei F1 series, which is simply too tempting for me, the hamster party, friends who have resources to share can exchange a wave ~ In addition, although it is a product released a year ago, but Dangbei F3 still has a large memory configuration of 4+64G, It can be said that it is very forward-looking, and it may be that the memory on the projector has become larger and larger over the years.
To sum up briefly, in fact, when the Bei F3 and Jimi H3S have a generational difference, so I choose according to my own needs when choosing, everyone still has to follow their own needs when choosing, simply list it and then choose to buy.
Boot debugging section
I have not bought the curtain, so the picture is directly cast on the white wall, and then decide which one to leave and then choose the curtain, after all, the selection of the curtain is also a big project ah ~ and then to do a comparison of the two sides of the screen, I decided to put the Beibei F3 on the cabinet, and then the Pole Meter H3S is placed on the chair and then raised with a tripod, so that the height of the two is similar. Are smart projectors so the side projection is not a problem at all, when the Bei F3's dual TOF + camera module, Jimi H3S's light module can quickly correct the picture, what I need to do is to adjust it slightly manually so that the two sides of the picture overlap.
The debugging part is actually laid out at once, but also because I do not have a curtain, the wall is also clean, the new function of the Jimi H3S automatically enters the screen and intelligent obstacle avoidance can not be tested, if the last left is the Jimi H3S, then after choosing the curtain I will experience these new features.
The brightness of both is more than 2000 ANSI lumens, and I am also turned off the lights, so the brightness gap is not very large, the Polar Meter H3S nominal brightness is 2200ANSI, when the Bei F3 is nominally 2050 ANSI, I have customized the brightness of the picture when shooting, adjusting the brightness to the brightness range that I can comfortably watch. After setting it up, let's take a look at the picture experience of these two projectors.
Screen experience section
Originally, I wanted to put 4K video sources directly on the hard disk, but this sharing content is written intermittently, and these days it is just a limited-time resource free of a certain station. In line with the principle that the wool is not active, the idea is problematic, my hard disk has been hanging on the computer, pinch a finger to calculate the time limit After the end of free is still within 7 days without reason, then look at the 4K content, anyway, the two machines are self-contained system, first casually find some pieces to put. The following pictures are all polar meters on the left H3S, and on the right when the Beibei F3, there is a slight adjustment of the side projection, and the extended aperture can be seen at the edge of the picture.
From the content point of view, both sides are access to iQiyi content, like the "Source Code" I clicked, on the left side of the Pole Meter H3S will show the watermark of GITV, and there is no watermark on the Bei F3. Because I don't have iQiyi's TV version of the membership, the pictures are all showing demo logos. When I opened the software, I found a very interesting point: Jimi H3S seems to have opened iQiyi's APP to play content through a jump, and when Bei F3 is directly playing content in the system layer player, it seems that the two are more in-depth in the combination of content and system, which may also be why there is no watermark on the content of Bei F3.
The following is the comparison of picture details, just a simple comparison of the first 6 minutes, in fact, it is easy to see the difference between the two machines in the picture adjustment. In a word, the summary is the warm color of Jimi H3S, high saturation; When the Bey F3 is faithfully restored, the details are grasped well. Look at other sharing will have a lot of static picture comparison, in fact, I think the smart projector is to be in the dynamic picture, the best can reflect the advantages and disadvantages, the network open to see is the normal operation of the use of smart projector. It opens with a speeding train through vast suburbs and towns, a big vision. Compared with the two models, you can see that the picture saturation of the Jimi H3S is obviously adjusted very high, the lawn on the ground, the sky, the director in order to show the good weather on the spot on the color are very rich, large area of color block performance; When the Bey F3 is more realistic about these pictures, you can see the blue and white of the sky, the color difference and shadows between the lawns, and the dazzling spot transparency, all of which are quite detailed.
As the train keeps moving, the camera constantly switches between the city and the train, foreshadowing the end of the train. However, after entering the city, because the picture details are more, the high-saturation color grading of the Jimi H3S does not perform as well as the Beibei F3 in this vista. You can see that the river in the picture above is too green in the Jimi H3S, there is a feeling of eutrophication of the river, I don't like the picture processing here, or I think that when the Bei F3 is better colored in the vista.
The picture cuts to a close-up view of the interior of the train, and the male protagonist wakes up leaning against the train window, looking at the surrounding environment with a confused face. Here you can see the advantages of the Jimi H3S in high saturation, the face looks more ruddy and fleshy, and the lips are more bright red. Warm colors, high saturation, which is often seen on the color grading of many television sets, because now many domestic urban TV dramas are mostly short parents between urban landscapes and characters, warm colors and high saturation can make the urban environment more glamorous and beautiful, the character shape is rosy and full, more pleasing to the eye.
But considering that the male protagonist Jack Gyllenhaal is a standard white American, I think that the seemingly eye-pleasing color grading of the Jimi H3S is a bit self-defeating, and the face of the character is a little too rosy. On the contrary, when the cool tone of Bei F3 can restore the director's intention, after all, the male protagonist here is actually... I'll stop when it comes to spoilers and read on.
The picture turns to the heroine Michelle Monahan's side, the same face is rosy and shiny, but maybe because it is the heroine, I think the ruddiness here is very reasonable, the little sister is really good-looking~
The camera then cuts to the black uncle in the next seat, because the skin color is dark, so if you make the face red at this time, then the overall look will be very strange. This kind of unnatural rosy coloring seems to be useful in domestic TV dramas, and in some overseas movies, it will destroy the character portrayal in a mess, which is really unpleasant.
The plot continues, the train arrives at the station, the camera cuts to the close-up of the carriage interior, and the details begin to change. Similarly, the reddish filter of the Jimi H3S turns the blonde brother in the center of the picture into a red haired monster, and the black guy on the right seat also becomes rosy. When the Bey F3 still guarantees a high degree of reduction, as well as the portrayal of details.
Finally, the male protagonist stepped out of the carriage and got off, in the picture of Jimi H3S, the uncle holding the coffee cup blushed, as if he was carrying the train all the way; The blonde guy who got out of the car was still red-haired and killed Matt. For the uniform redness of the color tone of the characters, for some domestic dramas and variety shows that mainly depict the rivalry between the characters, there is indeed a great advantage, which can please people's eyeballs. However, this also leads to the fact that when performing overseas film and television series, there will be very strange colors in the color of the characters, which feels very strange to watch.
Faithfully restore the color of the picture, whether it is the portrayal of the characters, or the picture of the big vision, the details are not lost. At least when the content is played, there will be no deviation from the creative intent.
