Brief introduction
The Golden Retriever, also known as Golden Retriever, is a medium to large hunting dog trained to cooperate with shooting hunting.
The name "retriever" refers to the breed's stable personality and gentle bite force, which can bite objects without damaging them, and is suitable for hunters to help hunters find killed prey (usually birds).
As a breed bred from a crossbreed of a water retriever, the Golden Retriever instinctively loves swimming and is intelligent and docile and easily trained to basic or advanced obedience standards. They are a variety with long fur with a thick inner layer that provides enough warmth outdoors.
Golden retrievers are ideal for living in suburban or rural settings. Their fur, especially when the seasons change, sheds a lot and requires fairly regular grooming. The Golden Retriever was first bred in Scotland in the mid-19th century.
The breed is frequently featured in purebred dog shows, companion dogs, pet movies.
Golden retrievers are popular as assistance dogs for disabilities, such as guide dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for the deaf. In addition, they are trained to be hunting dogs, detection dogs, and participants in search and rescue.
The breed's friendly, gentle temperament means it's not suitable to be a professional watchdog, and Golden Retrievers are rarely picky eaters but require adequate (two hours or more a day) exercise. Golden retrievers love to play but are very trained. It is a relatively modern and very popular breed of dog.
history
The earliest crosses were between a yellow hound and a Tweed Spanish Water Spaniel.
The Yellow Hound was purchased in 1865 from a retriever puppy from an unregistered hybrid breed (generally black curly).
In 1868, this cross produced a litter of four baby. These four formed the basis of a breeding program that also included the Irish Squatter, the Sandhound, the St. John Water Terrier Soldier Hound, and two more curly black retrievers.
This bloodline, in turn, is inbred and selected according to the idea of the ultimate hunting dog. This outlook includes a breed that is more energetic and robust than the average retriever, but is also very gentle and easy to train. Russian Shepherds are not mentioned in these records, nor are other working dog breeds.
The ancestors of the Golden Retriever were all sports dogs.
The English Dog Industry Club first accepted the Golden Retriever registration in 1903 as 'Flat Coats-Golden'.
They were first displayed in 1908 and identified as a breed in 1911, described as 'retrievers (golden and yellow)'.
In 1913, the Golden Retriever Retriever Club was founded. The name was officially changed to Golden Retriever in 1920.
She brought a Golden Retriever to Canada in 1881 and registered as a lady with the American Kennel Club (AKC) in 1894. This is the first time this breed has been recorded in either country.

Golden retrievers reach their maximum height at 9 months to 2 months of age and reach maximum weight at about two years of age.
Although physically it matures at the age of two, mentally it does not fully mature until it is over three years old, and many owners comment that their dogs have maintained puppy-like characteristics throughout their lives, and the essence of "living to be old and learning to be old" remains unchanged. They are naturally delightful family companion dogs.
This is a large dog breed that is similar in size, shape, and coat color to the short-haired yellow Labrador retriever, especially when young, and the light-colored Golden Retriever is particularly similar.
Large dogs are usually recommended to clean their teeth before the age of five, because cleaning requires general anesthesia, for safety and the health of the dog, it is not necessary to perform similar medical actions that require general anesthesia at too old age

The American Kennel Club (AKC) standard states that its fur is "rich, lustrous golden of various shades," and no too light or too dark colors are allowed.
It is originally the color of light cream (insufficient pigment) and dark coffee.
The main hair change period of the golden retriever is twice a year, but because of the larger volume and more hair than small dogs, it is often mistaken for hair loss, whether large dogs or small dogs will lose hair, the usual hair loss is only the daily metabolism, as long as it is often combed can reduce this trouble.
