Zhu Min said that in 2022, Purple Mountain Laboratory proposed a more systematic 6G overall technical scheme for the first time in the world, supported by key technological breakthroughs such as full-spectrum unified access to cell-free massive MIMO, photonic terahertz and intelligent resource allocation, successfully built and released a 6G TKμ extreme connection wireless transmission test platform, realizing the parallel transmission of 48 spatial division data streams, with a spectral efficiency of more than 0.2Kbps/Hz and an air interface delay of less than 400μs. And with the expansion ability of large-scale distributed nodes, the core technical indicators have reached the highest level in the world. Recently, Purple Mountain Laboratory also adopted a new transmission architecture of terahertz fiber integration to complete the world's first 6G photon terahertz 200Gbps real-time transmission and 1 Tbps offline transmission communication experiment, the performance is 20~100 times higher than that of 5G, creating the highest transmission record of terahertz wireless communication in the world.
