"The Three Great Shames of Cao Yin's Life"

Wu Yingzhou

Once chatting with an elder who studied "Dream of the Red Chamber" on the Internet, he said: "We must re-understand the Three Dynasties of Kang Yongqian, and we must re-understand the three major shames of Cao Yin's life!" ”

When I listened, I was deeply shocked, and I felt a great sense of empowerment; I also felt confused, and the time seemed to be petrified.

I know that it is naturally necessary to "re-understand the Three Dynasties of Kang Yongqian", and from any angle to "re-understand" it is enough! And "re-acquainting myself with the three major shames of Cao Yin's life", I really don't know what it means!

What are the "three major shames of Cao Yin's life"?

Searching my stomach, I couldn't even think of Cao Yin's "big shame"!

I think that Cao Yin's life can be said to be to be windy, to rain and rain, to be prosperous in official fortune, and to achieve fame; he was deeply relied on and trusted by Kangxi, and he was also supported and welcomed by Jiangnan Shizi; he was extremely literate, proficient in poetry, Xiaoyin law, piano, chess, calligraphy and painting, and quite rich in books; his wife was virtuous, wise, open-minded, Jia Mu-like figure, his son Cao Hao "also seems to grow up big, can pick up a pen and write, is a man of all-round talents in literature and martial arts" (Kangxi language); Kangxi's sixth degree of southern tour, there were four "stationed" When he took up the post of "Jiangning Weaving", the fire was cooking oil and the flowers were brocade, which was definitely the most glorious years of the old Cao family; he was instructed to compile and print ancient books such as "Quan Tang Poems", "Pei Wen Yun Fu", and "Quan Tang Wen"; he also borrowed and engraved his own poetry collections such as "Neem Pavilion Poetry Banknotes" and "Neem Pavilion Words Banknotes"; the biggest dream of the people under the Heavens was to "carve the manuscript and ask for a small one", and he did not lack it either...

And so on, what will he have to "be ashamed"?

If he really has "shame", in my opinion, the only thing is to die too early!

He died of malaria at the age of fifty-four, when he was a prosperous man and a prosperous career.

In addition to this "regret", he did not have any "shame".

Needless to say, the reason why Cao Yin was able to live a prosperous life was naturally that "there were people above", which was related to Kangxi.

Cao Yin's mother, Sun Shi, was once Kangxi's "nanny mother", so Cao Yin and Kangxi were considered "milk brothers".

Zhou Ruchang once said that Cao Yin was Kangxi's "companion reading", and I listed the ages of the two of them, and I felt that this statement seemed wrong!

Kangxi was born in the eleventh year of Shunzhi, Cao Yin was born in the fifteenth year of Shunzhi, and Kangxi was four years older than Cao Yin. If Kangxi began to study when he was six years old, Cao Yin was not yet two birthdays; if Kangxi was eight years old (Kangxi became emperor when he was eight years old), Cao Yin was only four years old, how could such a small child be "reading together"?

The so-called "accompanying reading", one is to accompany the gongzi to read together, otherwise the gongzi will have no interest in reading alone; the second is that when the gongzi cannot read or read wrongly, the accompanying reading will have to be the teacher's board for the gongzi...

I think it is possible to say that Cao Yin or Kangxi's "companion" is possible.

The so-called "companionship" "used to refer to servants who followed the rich and served them at any time."

Or it can be said that Cao Yin grew up playing with Kangxi since he was a child. It is precisely in this way that the two have a very good private relationship and are brothers and sisters.

When Cao Yin was sixteen years old, he became Kangxi's "imperial bodyguard".

After Cao Yin's father Cao Xi died of illness in the 23rd year of the Kangxi Dynasty (1684) and was appointed by Cao Yin to succeed him. According to common sense, Cao Yin may not have this qualification! Legend has it that Cao Yin was "Shu Chu", born of Cao Xi's concubine Gu Shi.

But no matter what, Cao Yin should feel "lucky".

In my opinion, if the old Cao family said that there was "shame", it should be Cao Yin's nephew Cao Fu! The old Cao family's glorious family business of sixty or seventy years was defeated in the hands of Cao Fu!

I often think that if Cao Yin does not die, and then the successor of "Jiangning Weaving" Cao Yong does not die, and the next successor of "Jiangning Weaving" Cao Fu is not too "original and incomplete", then the Cao family's family business may continue, and Cao Xueqin is also likely to become a "new generation" of Jiangning Weaving.

If that were the case, there might not be a kuangshiqi book "Dream of the Red Chamber"!

Looking back, I really don't understand what the "three major shames of Cao Yin's life" are?

I asked the elder to give me a lecture, but he laughed and said nothing.
