Notice of the imposition of temporary traffic restrictions
In order to ensure the safe and smooth progress of the 2023 Yangshan Half Marathon and maintain road traffic safety, in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations, it is decided to implement temporary traffic restriction measures on Taoyuan West Road, Shilin Trail, Taoyuan Middle Road, Taoyuan South Road, Baifeng Road, Yanshan Road, Taoyuan East Road, Taoxi Road, Yangshan Avenue, Renmin East Road, Taoyuan South Road and other roads in Yangshan District from March 25 to March 26, 2023, and hereby announces the following relevant matters:
1. The main competition routes of the 2023 Yangshan Half Marathon: Yangshan Taoyuan Cultural Square - Taoyuan West Road - Shilin Trail - Taoyuan Middle Road - Taoyuan South Road - Baifeng Road - Anyang Road - Yanshan Road - Taoyuan East Road - Yangyang Road - Taoxi Road - (Turning back before Xilu Road) - Taoxi Road - (Taoyuan Village Cultural Hall Switchback) - Yangyang Road - Taoyuan East Road - Taoyuan South Road - Yangshan Avenue - Renmin East Road - Taoyuan Middle Road - Taoyuan South Road - Taoyuan West Road - Yangshan Taoyuan Cultural Square
2. According to the progress of the race and the needs of the start and finish line, temporary closure and other traffic restriction measures shall be implemented on relevant roads in segments, staggered times, etc., and the specific measures are as follows:
From 18:00 on March 25 to 13:00 on March 26, Taoyuan West Road (Xilu Road to Xishan Line) will be closed in both directions, prohibiting all vehicles and pedestrians.
From 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on March 26, Shilin Trail (Taoyuan West Road to Taoyuan Middle Road), Taoyuan Middle Road (Shilin Trail to Taoyuan South Road), Taoyuan South Road (Taoyuan Middle Road to Baifeng Road), Baifeng Road (Taoyuan South Road to Anyang Road), Anyang Road (Taoyuan Yashu to Yanshan Road), and Yanshan Road (Anyang Road to Taoyuan East Road) will be closed in both directions, prohibiting all vehicles and pedestrians.
From 7:40 to 10:40 on March 26, Taoxi Road (the section from Xilu Road to Taoyuan Village Cultural Hall) was closed in both directions, prohibiting all vehicles and pedestrians.
From 7:20 to 11:15 on March 26, Taoyuan East Road (Taoyuan South Road to Xilu Road), Yangyang Road (Xilu Road to Taoxi Road), Taoyuan South Road (Yangshan Avenue to Taoyuan East Road), Yangshan Avenue (Taoyuan South Road to Renmin East Road), Renmin East Road (Yangshan Avenue to Taoyuan Middle Road) were closed in both directions, prohibiting all vehicles and pedestrians.
From 7:00 to 11:35 on March 26, Taoyuan Middle Road (Renmin East Road to Taoyuan South Road) and Taoyuan South Road (Taoyuan Middle Road to Anyang Road) were closed in both directions, prohibiting all vehicles and pedestrians.
From 7:00 to 11:50 on March 26, Taoyuan West Road (Taoyuan South Road to Shilin Trail) was closed in both directions, prohibiting all vehicles and pedestrians.
3. On the day of the event, the road traffic in the Yangshan area and the Yangshan section of Provincial Highway 342 will be greatly affected by the holding of the event, and it is recommended that relevant vehicles reasonably choose and plan travel routes:
1. On March 26, please try to avoid going to or passing through the Yangshan area.
2. During the event, vehicles entering and leaving the Yangshan area should detour through 342 Provincial Highway, Luzhong Road and other roads.
4. During the Event, the public security organs will, according to the needs of the Competition and the actual traffic flow, temporarily take measures such as command and evacuation, restricted passage, temporary parking, prohibition of passage, and prohibition of parking on the competition road and surrounding roads, and restricted vehicles and pedestrians shall follow the instructions of on-site traffic signs or the command and guidance of management personnel to choose the road to detour in advance.
5. Units and the general public along the track are requested to choose travel routes in advance according to the notice of traffic restriction measures, so as not to affect and delay normal work and life. The public transport department will make temporary adjustments to the traffic restriction time and the operating hours and routes of public buses in the area, and issue announcements, please pay attention to the relevant information.
We ask all sectors of the community and the general public to understand and support the traffic restrictions taken during this event, and consciously cooperate.

1. Bus No. 611: Starting from the Yangshan parking lot of the bus, after the original line drives to the intersection of Luyu Road and Luzhong Road, temporarily adjust the driving of Luzhong Road, 342 Provincial Road, and Xilu Road and follow the original line.
Temporary revocation of stops: Luyu Road (Luzhong Road), Lu District, East China Electric Machinery Factory, Dingzhuang, Qingshuidong, Taoyuan West Road (Dingzhuang Road), Yangshan Tourist Resort, Martyrs' Tomb, Xindu, Yangshan Hospital, Yangshan Bridge, Shengdian, Shengfeng Industrial Park.
