Jin Ligui, Manchu, economist. Vice President of Wutaishan Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Institute, Director of China Artists Association, Member of Liaoning Branch of China Calligraphers Association, Deputy Director of Calligraphy and Painting Art Center of Liaoning Cultural Development Promotion Association, Vice President of Shenyang Jinshi Calligraphy and Painting Garden, Vice Chairman of Shenyang Zhongshan Calligraphy Association, and studied under the famous calligraphers Mr. Huo Anrong and Qi Yulin. In 1976, he joined Shenyang's first calligraphy research organization, the Shenhe Calligraphy Research Association. In recent years, he has been guided by teacher Wang Heliang, and he has a deep understanding of the book.
