Zhu Jiang seriously violated the spirit of the Eight Provisions of the Central Committee, violated the Party's organizational discipline, honesty discipline, work discipline, and life discipline, violated state laws and regulations, constituted a violation of official duties and was suspected of accepting bribes, and did not restrain or accept his hands after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, and upon study by the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Regional Discipline Inspection Commission and reporting to the regional party committee for approval, it was decided that the Autonomous Region Discipline Inspection Commission would give Zhu Jiang the punishment of expulsion from the party; the Autonomous Region Supervision Commission would give him the punishment of dismissal from public office; confiscate his gains from violating discipline and the law; and transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved would be transferred with the case.
