Recently, there are rumors on the Internet that the "Cyberpunk 2077" DLC may contain characters from the spin-off animation "Cyberronin".
Foreign Reddit forum users Acrobatic_Internal_2 discovered unexplored tasks through data mining, which mentioned some names and organizations of the critically acclaimed Cyber Ronin.
Most notably, the "%DLC_MAIN%: CASINO WARFARE" quest allows players to call the animated character Falco and watch "BD by NightCorp." The mission log even mentions legendary soul killer software developer Alt Cunningham.
It is not known whether the rumor is true or false, but it is likely that CDPR is trying to connect the two stories together.
Cyberpunk 2077 DLC Shadows of the Past will be released in 2023 on PC, PS5 and XSX/S, making it CDPR's largest budget expansion ever. The new DLC will open up a new area in Night City, cut through the fog of spy movies, and reveal the shadows of the past.
