Speaking of viewing magnolias, there is a best place to see magnolias around Xia Gongfu, that is, the magnolia flowers on the west side of Tiananmen Square, that is, on the side of Chang'an Avenue on both sides of Zhongnanhai. In Zhongshan Park, the tulip viewing route is Ximen - Houhe - Yuyuan - Nantanmen Outside - Tanghuawu - Laijin Yuxuan, where 97 varieties and nearly 240,000 tulips, daffodils, grape hyacinths and other bulb flowers are exhibited each time.

Jingshan Park has a long history of peony cultivation, and after the opening of the imperial garden in the Jin Dynasty, peonies began to be planted on a large scale. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the emperor not only served the Empress Dowager to Jingshan to admire peonies every year, but also brought the queen concubine to Jingshan to step into Qingqing, and now Jingshan Park has become the largest peony ornamental garden in the city, and the annual peony flower art festival brings together nearly 600 kinds of peonies at home and abroad, more than 20,000 plants, covering nine color systems and ten flower types.
