On October 19, Zhang Wei, chairman of the board of directors and secretary of the party group of the State Pipe Network Group, went to the Jintan gas storage reservoir area of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Company and the Yangtze River Shield Crossing Project of the China-Russia East Line to investigate the site, listened to the relevant work reports of the West-to-East Gas Transmission Company and the Construction Project Management Company, deeply understood the construction of key projects, winter supply preparation, safe production, grass-roots party building, etc., and put forward relevant work requirements.
At the JK2-2 well of Jintan gas storage, Zhang Wei carefully inquired about the production process and equipment maintenance, spot checked the mastery of the operators' grasp of the emergency handling procedures for the wellhead leakage emergency, and inspected the implementation of emergency support resources. At the Jintan Gas Storage Depot West Station, Zhang Wei went to the gas injection and production process area and compressor plant to inspect the equipment and facilities, check the preparation for winter supply assurance, and learn more about the construction process of the Jintan gas storage depot, the melting chamber technology, scientific and technological innovation, the construction of standardized station teams and the grass-roots party building.
Subsequently, Zhang Wei went to the site of the Yangtze River Shield Crossing Project on the East Line of China and Russia, visited and experienced the project wisdom center, the project culture corridor and the Safety Culture Center, learned about the construction project management company's in-depth implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on "safe pipelines, green pipelines, development pipelines, and friendship pipelines", as well as promoting the implementation of the "four major systems" of the group company, and listened to the progress of the Yangtze River shield crossing project, project management, smart construction sites, and joint party building. Under the guidance of the construction personnel, Zhang Wei came to the shield shaft with a depth of 28.2 meters, went to the tunnel boring point at 1500 meters to inspect the site, and communicated with the front-line operators.
Zhang Wei demanded that we should continue to deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on "July 1st", do a solid job in the second half of the party history study and education, and effectively transform the results of party history study and education into the actual results of promoting the central work. It is necessary to do a solid job in the winter insulation and maintenance of equipment and facilities, and complete the gas injection indicators of the gas storage reservoir in strict accordance with the plan, so as to lay a solid foundation for effectively playing the role of emergency peak regulation in the process of winter supply.
