In recent years, Nicolas Cage has taken over a lot of Cult works, and Japanese director Yuan Ziwen is also known for playing cards out of common sense. The new film "Prisoner of the Ghost Domain" cooperated by the two recently exposed the trailer, and this Garden Ziwen's English film debut is indeed very weird, mixing Eastern and Western styles, beauty and violence.
The film was released in North America on September 17 this year and landed on the on-demand platform, and the Japanese release time is October 8.
The protagonist of the film is a villain named "Hero" (Cage), who, after a failed bank robbery, arrives in the beautiful and violent world of "Ghost Country" where Eastern and Western cultures blend. A kidnapped girl (Sophia Bautra) disappears into the Ghost Nation, and Cage's character is sent to rescue her. They must break the evil curse that binds them in order to escape the mysterious ghosts that rule the ghost realm.
