In order to popularize fire safety knowledge and improve primary school students' fire safety awareness and self-defense and self-rescue skills, on the morning of March 17, the Fire Science Popularization Experience Hall of Shanhaitian Tourism Resort welcomed more than 50 teachers and students from Shanhaitian Experimental Primary School to visit and learn.
Under the guidance of the narrator, the students visited fire extinguishers, fire axes, fire hoses, smoke masks and other fire equipment in turn, understood the purpose and use of each equipment, and raised their hands from time to time to ask questions and express their doubts. In the simulated fire extinguishing area, students gathered around and competed to try to extinguish the fire with different types of fire extinguishers; In the fire knowledge rush area, everyone is eager to try and compete to participate in the rush to answer. At the scene, the most popular among the students was the VR fire safety experience session, where various simulated fire scenes allowed students to feel the sense of danger and tension of the fire scene immersively. After the visit, the students were still unfulfilled and took photos with the propagandists.
Through this popular science experience, the students learned practical fire protection knowledge such as fire fighting and escape, and improved their fire safety awareness and self-protection ability while expanding their horizons.
