Then you need to add some files to Gmail as the interface requires, which are also a small program.
Then you can click on the three dots in the upper right corner Settings (Advanced) to add it to the list; Or you can click Add Files directly in the top right corner.
After that, you can open the program; Click Start to install.
The whole process takes about 10 minutes.
What data types can Gmail support at the same time?
Gmail can support both JSON, XML, and CSV data types, which we can do with the ChatSpaces plugin.
The ChatSpaces plugin supports JSON and XML data types, but does not support CSV files.
JSON is a special jar package format that is encoded as JM0x.
Since the Jar package does not support text in Gmail (if you don't use a text editor when using Gmail), GmailConnector needs to convert it to JSON format that can be used for mail processing.
Therefore, you need to download the plugin to achieve this function, but the installation will be more troublesome.
You can search for "ChatSpaces" through Baidu, or click Open to download and install and start chatspaces directly in Gmail.

Third, what data types do you need to use when using Google for data analysis?
Because Google has a lot of data, when doing data analysis, it uses a large number of data types, such as Excel sheets, Tableau, Hexagon and so on.
You can also import this data into ChatSpaces and analyze it with ChatSpaces.
If you already have data analysis needs on Google and don't need to import these files, you can click on the tag function in ChatSpaces directly in your Gmail or other emails.
If you don't have a Gmail email, you can first make a ChatSpaces plugin to help you import the relevant data into Gmail.
If you have some resources that you make yourself or find online, you can directly import the relevant data into this software.

5. How to set up chatspaces and back up folders
After setting up chatspaces, you need to take two more steps:
The first step is to create your own folder and put the files you want to work on;
The second step is to set up this folder and name it chatspaces.
When you open Gmail, there is a Chatspaces inside.
If this folder is set to a non-backup state, you will be prompted that this data will be deleted when you later want to use the folder to access the data, including Chatspaces.
In addition, if you need to save multiple folders, you can also choose to save one to another folder by default.
How to export the data in ChatSpaces to Excel sheets
On the basis of the above, we need to export all the information as an Excel table.
Then we used VBA and VSS, and we first had to create a pivot table in Excel.
Click Create form in the top right corner.
Click Advanced Edit >Export PivotTable and select the fields you want to import. Click to select the corresponding type (default with decimal point), and finally you can get the result we want.
An Excel file will appear below, with three tables, the first is the header, and the second and third columns are the contents of the pivot table (these two tables can be exported to an Excel file).
7. Use Gmail to make some simple charts.
If you are interested in making charts, try to make some simple charts yourself.
However, we have to keep in mind that we don't do visualizations for the sake of doing them.
There are a few important points here:

2. Secondly, if you want to use Gmail to do visualization, then you must choose a good tool.
3. Another point is to be patient, don't do it in order to complete the visualization.
