In 1968, the MTHELMETS brand was established and the road to production in La Palma Cartagena, Spain began
In 1980, MTHELMETS, in cooperation with bayer, GE and Basf, built its own production site and in the same year received the R.F certification from the Spanish Motorcycle Federation
In 1992, Spain officially stipulated that riding must wear a helmet, and introduced CE-22.24 as a safety certification that helmets must pass, and in the same year MTHELMETS helmet products were added to the CE-22.24 safety certification
In 2000, according to the requirements of the safety standards for helmets in various countries in the world, the helmet was improved and began to expand the scale of production, and the helmet in line with the safety standards of all countries in the world was introduced.
In 2014, MTHELMETS opened its warehouses and distribution facilities from its headquarters in Cartagena to 95 of these consuming countries.
In 2017, MTHELMETS officially entered the Chinese market, and has launched a number of best-selling products, online and offline simultaneous sales, and has been widely praised in China's Moyou Circle.

1 Material
(1) Carbon fiber
Carbon fiber materials are high-performance materials commonly used in competitions such as MotoGP or SBK, which are extremely safe, have very high strength, and are at the same time extremely lightweight. Protect the head without placing too much burden on the cervical spine.
(2) A variety of composite materials
A multi-composite material is a material based on the interweaving of three or more different types of fibers that amplify the advantages of each fiber material and help improve the flexibility, weight, and impact resistance of the helmet.
(3) FRC (Fiber Reinforced Composite Material)
It consists of a fine fiber overlay and a high-quality resin blend, which gives the product better strength and lighter weight.
(4) HIRP (high impact resistance polymer)
Formulated by injecting high impact resistant polymers into very precise molds to provide better performance, such as improving the brightness and impact resistance of the product.
2 SHARP certification
Established in the UK in 2007, sharp certification is tested by simulating the impact that a helmet may be subjected to during a ride, and then the helmet's safety rating (1-5 stars, the highest rating is 5 stars) is based on the results of the experiment. MTHELMETS has a number of helmets that are SHARP certified, such as: MATRIX-5 star, REVENGE-5 star, MUGELLO-4 star, FLUX-4 star, THUNDER SV-4 star, ATOM SV-3 star, TARGO-3 star and so on.
3 Strict international standard certification
MTHELMETS helmets have been certified to strict international standards. DOT CERTIFIED (USA), ECE/ONU 22.05.P (EU) and SNELL USA (US) certifications cover demanding certification standards in the US and Europe. We are also certified to NTC 4533 (Colombia) and NBR7471 (Brazil). The above certification can only be granted if all components of the helmet have passed previously established safety tests.
4 FIM RACING certified
Established in the FIM Racing Certification, the purpose is to give special recognition to safety-related products and as a requirement for use in FIM racing. The main purpose of the program is to conduct an advanced assessment of the safety performance of different types of products. When each product meets high performance and high quality standards, it is awarded certification and can be used in FIM competitions.

1 Andreas Perez Team
The ANDREAS PÉREZFOUNDATION was founded in 2018 to help develop sports related to professional motorcycle racing. Through a partnership with SPIRIT MOTORACING, the Andreas Perez team has developed projects in the Moto3 category in the Motorcycle World Championship and junior World Championships. With the support of DORNA, the company that manages the rights to the Motorcycle World Championship, and its CEO, Carmelo Ezpeleta, the Andreas Perez team was successfully established. The team originated in honor of our beloved Andreas, which will continue to help young racing drivers who have no financial resources face the fierce competition in sports in today's world.
2 Fleet history
In 2019, the MT-Foundation 77 team reached the top of the season with a total of four wins, becoming the team with more victories of the season, finishing runners-up at the Junior World Championship Moto3. These brilliant achievements have enhanced the confidence and morale of the team, so that they will continue to struggle in the future and continue to strive for more victories.
In the past season, the team has competed in a total of five all-around Grand Prix at the World Motorcycle Championship, and in two of these five races, the team finished twelfth and made it to the table (top 15). Like Wildcard, the team had a magical moment, finishing third in the Aragon GP. It was an impressive achievement that filled all team members and sponsors with joy. The team also finished tenth at the Valencia Grand Prix and fifteenth at the Catalan Grand Prix.
In 2020, the team was officially renamed MT-Foundation77
There are two main reasons:
1 MTHELMETS is one of the fastest growing companies in the field of helmet manufacturing and marketing, a company with a family tradition that has grown rapidly in recent years, which has enabled it to lead and promote its internationalization and the growth of product quality. The top level of manufacturing and its I+D+I have earned it the demanding FIM certification required to compete in the World MotoGP. MTHELMETS, which has supported the team in 2019, has now decided to build a strategic alliance with the team and help young drivers compete in the World Championships. MTHELMETS' contribution to the team was critical so that the project could be sustained and continued.
2 MT-Foundation77, in honor of our loss of beloved and unforgettable Andreas, although the loss of him has caused us great pain, we will always remember the joy he brought us, and we will continue to work hard towards our goal with his name and his strength.
The goal of MT-Foundation 77 is to help young racing drivers develop better in their sports careers and give them financial support. In 2021, we chose Pedro Acosta and Julian Giral.
The world is in a difficult time due to Covid-19 (novel coronavirus pneumonia). But the team, with the help of sponsors, especially MTHELMETS, will remain strong and will be ready to return to the track at all times. We will strive to rush to the highest point in our hearts and inspire more people through motorcycle performances. Through MT-Foundation77, we will do our best to help our society.

1 Housing
The shell is a layer on the outside of the helmet that withstands and disperses the impact during impact, so the choice of helmet shell material is an important part. The MTHELMETS helmet housing is made of carbon fiber, fiberglass and ABS materials.
2 Buffer Layer - EPS
The helmet buffer layer is to prevent the huge impact force from directly acting on the head of the moyou when encountering a violent impact from the outside world, thus damaging the head. The thickness and material of the buffer layer determine the quality of the buffer effect, and the EPS material used in the MTHELMETS buffer layer has the effect of efficiently absorbing the energy of the collision, the material is safe, non-toxic, harmless, and plays a role in comprehensively covering and protecting the head.
3 Lining
The main role of the lining is to improve the comfort level of the helmet when riding, MTHELMETS lining is removable and cleaned with water and neutral soap, the material used is comfortable and soft, hypoallergenic and antibacterial.
4 Chin rest
The chin rest is an integral part of the full helmet, which is under the mouth position and plays a role in protecting the chin, which can better protect our chin position when encountering a huge impact.
5 Ties
The tie is the bottom of the helmet, the hat belt used for fixing, generally there are two combinations, quick buckle and double D buckle, its role is to firmly fix the helmet to the head.
6 lenses
Lenses protect the eyes and face. Inferior helmet lenses can easily shatter in the event of a huge impact, which increases the safety hazard. However, MTHELMETS uses PC-based lenses, which are much better scratch-resistant than ordinary plastics and have higher safety.
