Born in 1937, Luo Mingzhu joined the army at the age of 19, entered the second company of the 88th Regiment in Xining City, and became a comrade-in-arms with Han Deren. Han Deren was a few years older than Luo Mingzhu, and he usually cared for and cared for Luo Mingzhu like a big brother. "We eat and live together, drive supplies and comrades together, and have a very good relationship, like brothers." In 1959, Luo Mingzhu and Han Deren, a total of 10 people, received orders from the troops to participate in the diversion project, and in 1961, they were transferred to the Gansu Provincial Water Conservancy Department to await rescheduling. "I am particularly happy to hear that my file was found in the Gansu Provincial Water Conservancy Department. But when I thought that Brother Han's personnel file had not been found, my heart was particularly unpleasant. They were all soldiers, and that honor had a special meaning for us. I proved that Han Deren did come out of the same army as me, and we were brothers in the trenches. Luo Mingzhu said.
On the afternoon of April 26, the reporter came to the Gansu Provincial Water Conservancy Department to inquire about the personnel file of the elderly Han Deren. The staff said that after receiving the call from the elderly Han Deren, they immediately helped to find the file. However, only Luo Mingzhu's file was found, but Han Deren's file was not found.
