Time Network News Ben Whishaw starred in the new thriller "Impulse" released a trailer, this film is the feature film debut of British director Anel Carria, will be released in North American theaters on September 24, and will land on the video-on-demand platform at the same time.
The film tells the story of airport security inspector Joseph (Ben Whishaw) who lives a mundane life by shuttling back and forth between his apartment and the boring airport work. But with the constant alienation and uneasiness from passengers and colleagues, and after an unpleasant family gathering, he embarks on a desperate journey through the heart of London, both new and devastating.
For the film, Ben Whishaw won the Special Jury Performance Award at the 36th Sundance Film Festival in 2020.
