In 2021, she was named an outstanding teacher in Hengyang City.

Caring for students

"Every child should be respected, every child should be pampered". Li Qiong firmly believes that every child has a seed hidden in their hearts that will be awakened at some point.

In the seven years of class management, she actively practiced the "positive education theory", infected students with love and patience, and enabled students to form excellent qualities of unity, diligence and morality.

She often organizes theme class meetings, edutainment, encourages students to participate collectively, and receive education together; she actively organizes students to carry out social practice activities, so that students can increase their insights, improve their social practice ability, and enhance the cohesion of the collective; she pays attention to strengthening home-school ties, exchanging sincerity for sincerity, and using her own hardship index to exchange for the satisfaction index of students and parents.

In the 2017 college entrance examination, the average grade of the Chinese language in her class exceeded the average score of the school's language subject by 10.8 points, reaching 102 points. In the 2020 college entrance examination, there were 3 high scores in the Chinese subject of the whole school, and 2 of them were her students.

Li Qiong is committed to teaching at the same time, actively participate in teaching and research, has been "On how to cultivate students' core language literacy in high school Chinese reading teaching", "Lin Jiaotou Fengxueshan Temple" secondary character appreciation", "how to do a good job in college entrance examination modern reading questions" and other papers published in "Middle School Curriculum Counseling", "Science and Education Innovation and Practice" and other core journals, and a number of papers and courseware won the first prize of provinces and cities.

Due to her outstanding performance in teaching and research, she has participated in a number of provincial and municipal research projects, including the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the Hunan Provincial Association of Educational Science Researchers Association " Under the background of "Five Educations and Simultaneous Lifting", the practice and research of the basic science innovation talent training model at the high school level, etc. Since 2018, she has served as the head of the teaching and research team of the school language discipline, shouldering the heavy responsibility of teaching and research reform of language classroom teaching, patiently guiding the open classes and competition classes of new young teachers to promote their improvement of teaching ability. Every year, she guides the young teachers of the language group to participate in various competitions and achieve excellent results: in 2018, Wang Ping, a young teacher of the school, won the first prize in the teaching competition held by the Municipal Academy of Educational Sciences. In 2019 and 2020, a total of three teams from the school's language teaching and research team participated in the Hunan Provincial Collective Lesson Preparation Competition, and achieved 1 first prize and 2 second prizes. Her disciplinary leadership has also been affirmed by experts from the Municipal Academy of Educational Sciences. In October 2018, she was invited to participate in the "Hengyang High School Chinese Teacher Classroom Teaching Competition" held by the Hengyang Municipal Academy of Education and Science as a judge.

As the leader of the language discipline of Hengtieyi China Innovation Center, she is committed to the construction of the national innovation team, actively researches the innovative talent training model, and together with the national innovation team, she has won the commendation of "Excellent Teaching and Research Team" in Hengyang City.
